Waverly Village

We’ve been living here for two years, and if our downstairs neighbor had been a bit more polite, we would have stayed longer. Unfortunately, we’re currently looking for a new place. The site manager, Lissette, is one of the sweetest and most helpful people you could ever meet. She is always accessible, and if there is a technical issue at home, it gets fixed as soon as possible, which sets Waverly Village apart from other communities. We have been very happy here for the past two years, and I highly recommend it!

Waverly Village apartments looks very nice and clean, the manager Lissette is very nice, and helpful, she didn't have any apartments to show, but she send me a video, which was very helpful, it help me decide to lease at this Community.

Very good place to live. I love waverly village, it is a safe area. Live here is great. Maintenence people are responsible and Ms Castellon is so kind.

Very nice and welcoming management. Waverly Village is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. This is my first experience rent the apartment but Absolutely love the location . The Manger Lissette ! is a very kind and helpful, Great personality, she advising me like a family & cares me and my family a lot .

One of the things I appreciate the most about Waverly Village is its location. It is conveniently situated near major transportation routes, making commuting to work or exploring the surrounding areas easy. The neighborhood is also within walking distance of various amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, which adds to its overall convenience.

Fantastic place to live, so much better than my previous apartment. The supporting team is amazing, very quick to respond our needs. This is a recommended place for all of you.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and accessible to shops, stores and bus stops. Staff are friendly and respectful. The staff are accommodating that they resolve issues immediately.

I have live here for 15 years, in 3 diferentes apartments and so far it has been very nice. The manager Lissette and the repair man Shawn are very nice people, they treat good and do repairs fast.

I really love living here, it's a lovely area to live. I can find anything around here, like shops, markets, school, bus stops, recreation areas.

Haven’t been here long, but, so far, things have been going well! The unit was practically new when I moved in, and I really haven’t had any issues with my new place. If I had to find something, then I would say that the large screen on the sliding door out to the balcony could use a replacement.

Staff are professional and very accommodating. Good neighborhood. Staff give immediate attention to requests. Accessible to DC and and very near bus stops.

La manager Lissette de Waverly Village me ayudó con la aplicación y Waverly Village va ser nuestro nuevo hogar. Todo se ve muy limpio y muy bien cuidado por eso escogimos esta propiedad. Esta muy cerca de todo y mi trabajo.

Me gusta Waverly Village apartments por que es muy bonito, propiedad calmada y los vecinos son muy buenos y cuidan todo. la manager Lissette y Johnne son muy amables, son buenos y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Reparan todo rapido. Mi hija va a York Town high school y esa escuela es una de la mejores de Arlington.

Waverly village is a nice property, they take care of your service tickets right away. Schools are the best, my daughter goes to Glebe elementary. I love the área, I walk to my job. The neighborhood is lovely and my neighbors are very friendly.

I been living at Waverly Village for 7 years now, and so far it has been a great experience. Lissette is a great manager, she is very responsive, and polite. While I have live here we had 3 service tech, they were all great workers, repairs were done right away, and they communicate well. Right now we have Johnnie, he is a very nice young man. When he does the maintenance repairs, he leaves everything clean.

Good school nice neighborhood and great place to live kind neighbors and great place to walk they take care of apartments fix anything quickly clean out the snow during winter take good cleaning during COVID 19 and would recommend it to anyone

Yo vivo aqui desde 2010, y todo es muy agradable, los vecinos son muy amables. Las escuelas son muy buenas, todo nos queda muy cerca asta el bus. la maniger Lissette es buena con todos y Johny repara lo problemas rapido.

I lived in Waverly Village for 3 years, great service, repairs always done right away, manager Lissette is nice and treats you well. Property is always very clean.

We lived at Waverly Village previously (1998) and when it was time to move back to the area (2015), the choice was clear. These apartments are located conveniently to the area schools, many places to walk to, safe neighborhood, and responsive management and staff. Since moving back, there have been a few upgrades such as making the storage rooms nicer and making the laundry machines cashless. We recommend Waverly Village!

We recently moved in to Waverly village and the minute we stepped in linsette ( from the leasing office) made our mving process easy with the utmost respect ,caring and professionalism manner.she answered all our questions our worries and everything in between with a smile on her face. Apartments are cool and very kid friendly. I strongly recommend Waverly Village.

We have been living in this community for a few years now. And we couldn’t be happier. The apartments are great. Lissette is a really great person to work with. Maintanance takes care of any issues right away. The events they host are great for kids and families! Everything is walking distance. Highly recommended!!

The apartments in Waverly Village are phenomenal. They have a respectful policy that supports the ideal setting of a community. The management doesn’t disappoint at all when they are helping out their tenants. Easy travels to Giant and Safeway too! Im contener with everything in this location.

Great apartment community with great management! Community and apartments are well taken care of. Walking distance from local shops. 10 min drive to DC. We love it here!

I move to Waverly Village for the schools so my kids can go to the great schools Arlington have. I have been living here for 5 years and this place is really nice, Lissette and Rodney are really great people. They treat you with respect and take good care of you.

This place is infested with bedbugs, cockroaches, and other insects. When we first moved in we saw some dead bedbugs and didn't know what they were because we never had them before. When we started getting bites and complained to the office, they told us that we brought them with us. Since then we've had 4 cockroach treatments and 5 bedbug treatments. We still have both. Waverly Village won't take responsibility for the bedbugs so we have to pay for the treatment ourselves, even though they know that this apartment had a bedbug problem before we moved in and the apartment right next to ours was full of bedbugs and cockroaches.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! These apartments are FILTHY. They are infested with rats, mice, and bugs throughout, and the landlord does ZERO to help. Waverly also has a deal with towing services to get kickbacks, and your car will be towed for zero reason because the management is feeling greedy. Smells throughout the old, dirty, apartments, and the entire place is revolting. I reccomend moving to a homeless shelter before living in this apartment. You couldn't pay me to move back here.

Great space, utilities and parking included, good location. Can't beat that!
