One dedicated parking space per person on the lease is included. These apartments are fully electric, so there is no gas bill. Each unit is internally wired for cable/internet, although cable/internet packages are neither required nor included. All units, including the garden level apartments, are accessible by a staircase of no fewer than 5 steps. First month's rent and security deposit are collected upon lease signing; the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
