I have lived here for about 6 years. I have seen very poor management and they ran off alot of long time residents. I decided to stick it out and I absolutely love the management and maintenance teams we have now. I also stay because I have a beautiful yard and the pond is very peaceful.

I like it. Very quiet where I am. No real issues but my neighbors need to bring their trash cans in & the gates need to be fixed/closed. Maintenance has been great for the couple of issues I have had (self induced).

After 2 weeks, we're having a wonderful experience! The amenities that the property offers are truly incredible and definitely make the price $$ feel like a bargain. One and only complaint would be the "valet garbage service". It doesn't seem very effective and would much rather have the option of walking my trash to the dumpster daily for free. Also, it's just not the most esthetically pleasing to look at as you walk through the complex and see a bunch of trash compiled. Other than that, we have no complaints on our choice to live here!

Maintenance have been responsive when submitting request. Only issue I have lately is the towing problem, I’ve had cars parked in my paid spot and office will try to locate the owner of the vehicle. If the owner is not found by the office then that’s all they do, I wish they would enforce towing after a certain amount of hours. I tried calling the tow company number from the signs located around the complex and they said they do not service our apartments. So they are false advertising about towing.

Lupe and Randy are amazing in the office and Francisco was very polite when he came to fix a drawer and outlet. My upstairs neighbor leaves their dog outside all day on the patio, then every morning they was the patio which leaves a big puddle on my patio all day

Great place to live. The staff is helpful and if you have a problem they get on top of it fast and it stays fixed. Was only going to stay a year but comfortable enough to stay another.

Residence experience is good as long as you do not care about the dog poops, neighbor’s weed smell. Everything is close by, services are good.

I love the arrangement of the apartments. The quietness is the best part. There’s a lot of dogs, but they’re trained well and usually quiet as well.

In my 3rd year. Property is kept clean. Located close to meet my needs. Work orders are completed in a reasonable time. Staff are friendly. I love the duck ponds. Property is well light for security reasons.

Apartment is very nice and the leasing agents have been so helpful and kind. A couple of things needed to be fixed upon move in, such as the dishwasher and HVAC system. There is a dog waste problem around our building, with people not picking up after their animals.

I have lived at Waterview Apartment Homes for 15 months now. I've received excellent service from both the office and maintenance department. I've only had 1 issue but it was resolved the same day, within hours of placing my request.
