I'm writing this review after my first year at Waterview, and I must say it's been wonderful. From the moment I walked in for my tour, the staff was great. Turned out that this apartment was exactly what we needed - a spacious apartment that had a layout that made sense that let in plenty of natural light in. The property management team has consistently exceeded my expectations. They're always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it was helping me get settled during move-in or addressing minor maintenance requests promptly, their professionalism and genuine care for residents truly stands out. What really makes this place special: quick response time for maintenance requests, maintained common areas, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, and they are pet friendly. I appreciate how the staff treat everyone like family/friends rather than just tenants. They know residents by name and care about the residents and their experience. If you have a question the staff is extremely quick to respond- they really do go above and beyond. I've already recommended this apartment complex to friends moving into the area, and I'm confident anyone who chooses to live here will feel at home.

It was easy signing lease but not so easy with the elevator moving things in. Parking is also not convenient. Two people, two cars, one parking place.

We do allow our new residents to reserve the service elevator during our office hours 7 days a week, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate elevator reservations in the evenings after the office closes. Regarding parking, we offer additional parking spots for $40 per month, which is discussed during the initial tour. This helps ensure each resident is able to make use of our garage. I have lived here three years and I don’t plan to leave! The maintenance is so quick with every request and the front office staff is very accommodating. They’re very quick to respond to anything I need and they’re always friendly. Very clean building and it’s a perfect location from grocery stores to Highway access. I’d recommend this property 10/10

When choosing where my husband and I would live, we definitely looked at location, price, amenities and other factors. What we didn’t focus on was the management company. But when we landed here at Waterview, we for the best of everything! The staff here are the best I have ever been associated with. We love Waterview! The view, pool, gym, and lounge are amazing. The maintenance and staff are quick to respond daily! We are grateful that dogs are allowed. Luxer package room is another amazing part of living here. We are excited about the coffee shop coming in downstairs!

Decided to go with another place due to costs and personal reasons, but Lyndi gave an amazing tour! She was very welcoming, thorough, and answered any questions we had. This place is built extremely well from the ground up with concrete ceilings, has an amazing water view, nice amenities and secure access. If the price was a little better, it would be no brainer!

I used to love living here but with the recent construction started it’s hard to enjoy living here now. You can’t utilize the pool because the construction is so loud and it’s not relaxing at all. You can’t even sit on your balcony in peace anymore.

I’ve lived at Waterview for two days now and I love it! I haven’t had any big issues or any minor maintenance issues so far, Thank you Lyndi, Rick, who works in the office. They are by far the nicest and most helpful management I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful apartments and amenities AND a perfect location, close to downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa. The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in!

Love living here! There’s hardly any noise compared to other apartments and the building is well built. The amenities and neighborhood are great. The leasing and maintenance staff are always super professional and friendly. And the neighbors are great!

Staff is awesome. Unruly dogs and owners that don’t pick up after themselves are big issues though. The garage is not a safe place to park vehicles and hasn’t been my entire time here (had a vehicle stolen from our very garage my first night here and police said it was a recurring thing here specifically). The maintenance and office staff are awesome but clearly things are not well rounded when it comes to security and holding other residents accountable.

Love living at the Waterview Echelon City Center. I live in the Penthouse 2/2 and love my city & water views. Concrete building and covered parking makes it safe during any hurricanes. Staff is awesome helping out with any issues.

Lucy and I love living here at Waterview. Staff is amazing, from Zane and Lindy in front office who are always ready and able to help with whatever you need, to Stephen and Gordon in maintenance. The few times I have needed any maintenance, the response time has always been same day. I also like my neighbors in the building and location can’t be beat!

We have been so happy with our experience so far at Waterview. The leasing staff has been so helpful and professional, the maintenance staff has been going above and beyond to help fix minor details in the house. The construction of the place is amazing, you hardly hear any noise from neighbors or between floors. We love it here!

Super awesome community that’s very resident involved. Amazing gym equipment, with mirrors that have instructors for any work out you can think of. Pilates, yoga, HIIT, barre, etc. Great quality apartments too!

Very nice place. Bozzuto does a decent job of keeping up with maintenance and amenity care for the most part. Very clean and trash is managed well. Parking spaces are plentiful. Notes: The parking security gate has only worked for about a week and I've been here going on 2 years. The gym is a bit too fragrant. I don't want to inhale air freshener when I'm working out. Tenants are lazy and I've seen Publix carts in the hallway on occasion and concierge carts are not returned to their rightful place in the lobby.

What a wonderful place to live! Central to Tampa, Down town St. Pete and Clearwater. The staff is very accommodating as well. If you have pets, this is the place to live!

The views from my penthouse are fabulous! The management team and maintenance staff are wonderful! Private access to floors, covered garage, gorgeous pool / fitness area. Conveinient to everything!

So far so good. I only come into the Clearwater area twice a month but the staff has been very responsive and the property is beautiful. The residents I have met have been very friendly.

I didnt want to avoid the downtown areas and all of that hustle and bustle that comes along. But it was difficult to find a high-rise outside those dense areas. Moving from the east coast I finally wanted a true change of pace. This check all the boxes for me!
