WATERSTONE AT WELLINGTON

Es muy horrible la administración no solucionan nada hay una plaga de cucarachas y fumigan con alimento por qué no las matan las engorda las personas encargadas de recibir las llamadas son nada amables groseras y no les importa nada solucionar los inconvenientes

I Lived at Waterstone for 2 1/2 years and I cannot tell you how happy I was to have found a place that was reasonably priced for the area and always there when you needed the management staff or had a maintenance request at all hours. The new ownership has come in and made it even better. Shay and Annie, part the staff are kind, considerate and care about your experience at Waterstone. I would highly recommend these Apartment homes. If it were not for my purchase of a new home in Wellington, I would have remained a tenant for the convenience and wonderful experience that my family and I had over the last few years. Thank you for all you did for me! Grateful is all I can say. 5 stars!

Our new home experience has been anything but pleasant. If you were looking for a new place to call home I strongly suggest another company. If you decide to stay with Waterstone in Wellington Florida, I strongly recommend making sure any price quoted is in writing and signed by the employee. Mis information given results in you paying the difference monthly. The homely like feeling of the apartment is wonderful and having a gym and pool in a gated community is a bonus unless it's paired with the office staff. We viewed the community and was given the rent price and then what it would be with an upcoming promotion we could take advantage of in 3 days. We were adviced that each apartment can fluctuat daily based off of different reasons. My idea of fluctuate and the companies must be different. I did go online to fill out the application with the information written out from the previous visit mainly looking for appartment number. Two days from the application date we went in clearifying the information written down on the lease, stating the amount we thought it was, she then clearly stated that they could go in and manually change the amount to just go ahead and sign and fix the amount later she didn't know how to do that. Believing her we went ahead and signed. This information turned out to be mis information, they can not manually change the amount, the amount was the discounted amount and we are now paying $70 more than we thought we would be. They do not have any resolution other than to apologize. Which then leaves me to the final issue, the office staff taking it into their own hands to parent my children with me in clear site. I am the mother, it's my job to parent my children and I do not need someone doing that, confront me please. They were standing by the office door, they were not yelling, or running. At the very least they were licking the glass!

A nice place to call home!, I relocated to Wellington Florida about eight months ago, found this community to be just perfect. Waterstone was close to my work has great amenities like the pool the gym and the garages with apartments. When I viewed the community was shown units by new management, I found that the staff was very personable and and easy to work with. Since moving here I have found the staff to be great including the maintenance crew! What a great little gem of a community one happy resident!! Thank you all for what you do.

Waterstone is conveniently located in the heart of Wellington, FL. Everything needed for daily living is within a mile or two of the apartment. There is an upscale mall with major department stores such as Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillards, and JC penneys within walking distance. Publix grocery store is less than half a mile away as well. The property is very well maintained and the maintenance crew is very efficient and prompt with service requests. The property is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous green trees and a huge courtyard. Waterstone is also very pet friendly and is a great place for my dog Nora. They have a fenced in play area just for pets. Waterstone also has a well maintained large pool with a tropical landscape, a gym and a children's playground. It is a gated community as well so safety is a priority. I recommend Waterstone to single families as a safe and scenic place to reside.

The property is pretty, well maintained, and well managed. It is a slightly older property so it is not unusual for a maintenance issues to arise, however, the urgency with which they resolve any issues is second to none. My experience here has been quite pleasant and I would recommend Waterstone to amyone looking for a nice home near great schools, and with great dining and shopping options nearby.

It's not a home. If the management can clean carpets at 830 at night, there is no consideration for people who live here. It's just not very nice to come home to noise that shakes your walls and vibrates everything in your apt. It's not a home.
