The only good thing about this apartment complex is the pricing, but what you don't pay for with money you pay for with nuisances. The manager is extremely rude and will look at you as if you're inconveniencing her. My fiancé and I were told before we moved in that electric would be included in our rent only to find out two months in, when our electricity was shut off, it wasn't. We explained this to management, and they seemed understanding. That is until we got fined unexpectedly for not having our own provider. I would give them 0/5, but it's not allowed. Do NOT let the low pricing fool you.

In the last six months this complex has once again changed a management team and totally ignoring the accomplishments of their previous management team. The management company, Kaplan Management Corp is not monitoring the new people or answering questioning by attorneys of their practices.I am currently having problems with my lease arrangement with previous management. Local resident manager doesn't understand Texas laws and tenants rights. Stay away at all costs and always make them adhere to Texas laws.

So I have been living here for about 11months and it has been problem after problem, from the ceiling leaking and caving in, ant problem, millipedes, my window in the living room never being fixed, rude management, and loud neighbors all through the night. Don’t let the amenities and looks fool you about this apartment it is a dump. Let alone there is dog poop all over the place and the trash is always over flowing and no parking. They will make you show proof of things you complained about as if your lying or something. Smh honestly throw the whole apartment complex away long with Tammy the manager!!!

I viewed an apartment last week, and I cannot wait to bring my husband to take a look. We will be reserving one as soon as we choose which one we like the best! There are amazing pool views from the 4th floor. And they have an elevator!! can't wait to move in!

GREAT THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!! It has everything one needs to live a great life! The people are great the neighborhood is wonderful! It is like living at a resort 24 hours a day and night!! It has everything you need. Beautiful kitchens, baths. living areas and a lot of storage. The hardwood flooring is so great! You will love everything you see in these homes. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the property and the area. You will want for nothing!! Come be my neighbor!!! LOOK NO MORE!!!

We found this community online and had to make an appointment to see it as they're not completely finished and open for business yet. Our leasing agent Will has been great at returning phone calls and getting questions answered that he might not know the answer to. We have chosen a floor plan and unit and are looking forward to moving in soon. I'm giving four stars instead of five as the floorplan we wanted doesn't offer the view we wanted, and the closets are smaller than would have expected. Otherwise it has an upscale feel and vibe to it.

I am a new tenant at Waterside at Mason. I have the largest 2 bedroom apartment that faces the pool. I'm very happy with the layout, wood floors, and the great location. I will definitely be enjoying the pool and grilling areas this summer! Great place to live I would highly recommend.

Waterside at Mason is a wonderful apartment complex to live in. This was my first time renting an apartment and Tammy and Will did a wonderful job helping me get settled. The price was a lot better than what a lot of the other apartment complexes around were offering and have very identical amenities and some better. It's a brand new place, so not too many neighbors yet lol. But with the price, amenities, helpful management and great surrounding neighborhood (Palladium movie theater, Kroger, etc) this place is sure to fill up quick.
