The team did a great job overall. Upon moving in, they were extremely attentive. Chris was fantastic at the leasing office in being responsive and working efficiently to address my concerns. Kevin at the maintenance office is extremely helpful. He called me to discuss the issues in the apartment and within 1 full business day, he completed everything. He left a generous note as well to describe all the issues and concerns I had and how he provided a remedy.

Waterside is a great place to live, close to everything and accessible while far away of the hustle and bustle. Studio apartment layouts are fantastic and closet space is generous. Waterside is worth considering when hunting for apartments.

Rental in waterside plaza NYC
After living 5 years and paying almost half of my son loan to Waterside plaza for rent and a lot of challenges on that place . Almost 2 months passed and still we don’t have our security deposit back. Very unorganized and they are not responding my phone.

Home
I moved to my apartment when I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 25 years old! This apartment has seen a lot of life's changes and challenges but signifies home for us. Facing west with large bay windows I've observed truly magnificent sunsets in Manhattan! Summer has a resort feel here on the east river. My apartment is somewhat oversized by NYC standards and remains below market rate and for that I am grateful!

Great views and amenities, isolated location
Waterside Plaza offers absolutely stunning views of Manhattan, and is situated right on the East River. The complex offers anything you might need - from a huge outdoor terrace, nail salon, grocery store, restaurant, health club, etc - and has a community feel. One thing that is a negative aspect is that it is pretty remote from most other neighborhoods, and there is a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. However, the complex offers free shuttles to and from Grand Central and Union Square, and there is a bus that stops directly at the complex that takes you directly into Midtown. The apartments are clean, spacious, and offer new appliances.

Grocery store, cleaners, laundry room & gym all in Plaza; NYU, bars and restaurants are footsteps away; property is on the water (East River). Doormen are great. Close to metro, bus lines.
