This community has a HUGE parking problem couple with incompetent office staff! I’ve had MY car towed twice in the 4 months I’ve lived here so far. If you have any special situation like a rental car or company car; they will refuse to give you a parking pass since vehicle isn’t registered to you! To incompetent to even use a bit of discretion in accommodating their RESIDENTS!
Parking always a problem!!! 198 apartments and only 255 parking space ,12 of them for visitors !! my loaner car been towed because I didn't have the parking sticker, for my bad luck it was Sunday and the office close so there is no way to get one. When I claimed my problem to the staff they Said its my fault and I had to find parking somewhere else out of the property which is hard to be done when you have an infant baby at 10 pm. I've been living here for 2.5 years now and I ended paying 150 $ the corporate robins property didn't offer anything to help except saying This is The LAW !!!!
Outstanding view and resort-like facility. It is dog-friendly, unlike a lot of waterfront apartments/condos in this area. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is huge. If you want an apartment on the water, this place is perfect!
This is a great building with a short drive to the beaches, and fifteen minute drive to DT St. Pete.. It was nice to find a place that allowed pets , and that has a dog park on the property.. If you are looking for amenities Waters Pointe has it with the fantastic pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, and cabanas that overlooks the bay. Docks to fish, and hammocks out back to rest, and plenty of room for activities and grilling out. Also, the main lobby is always kept up, and there is a gym accessible 24hr a day. I would , and have recommended Waters Pointe to friends as a great place to live, especially if you have a furry friend.
