Recently moved to MI from WI and so glad I chose Waters Edge as my first home. Very anima friendly which I love. Apartments are well maintained and any maintenance issues are handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Office ladies are friendly and very helpful. We have loved living at water's Edge the last two years. Staff has been so respondent and communicate through anything we need. Our dogs love the dog park and the space in the apartment. The location is perfect and close to everything. We love the community and how quiet it is here.

Quiet community near endless restaurants and stores. My apartment was in good condition at move in and had been updated with new carpeting. Management and maintenance are very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any issues that arise. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a good price.

Waters Edge has been a lovely community to live in since I moved here over 9 years ago. The community is quiet in the late evenings, and very close to multiple walking areas and parks. Best very important is the fact the management and custodians are easy to talk to and very courteous should I need to consult with them about any issue concerning my apartment or other resident.

The community is quiet but I cant wait to move out. Way to expensive. Also, every resident is charged for trash, water, sewer and utilities. Most apartment complexes include at the minimum trash as a free amenity.

Cleanest apartments we have seen in the Lansing area. Fairly quiet compared to other apartment complexes. Very friendly staff. Offers short term rentals which is hard to come by. VERY pet friendly!!

Waters Edge Apartments are completely pet friendly. Dogs are welcome, and they even have a fenced-in dog run. They have a pool and work-out room.

The maintenance staff is prompt and polite in making their repairs. I really enjoy the relaxing feel I have when I am in and around the complex.
