These apartment homes are some of the biggest in Rock Hill. The leasing agents and managing team are great. Just like any place, it’s not perfect but it definitely feels like home. I really love the location. You are not on a main road but you are near a lot of restaurants and shops. It’s a really good central location. I always feel safe.

This is home! This is a wonderful complex! The staff are like family. Crystal and Brook go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly . Matt and Jim make sure our apartment is in top shape. The grounds are kept well and the amenities are up to date and clean. I absolutely love living here!

I LOVE IT! I could not ask for a better place to live. Neighborhood is quiet. Office staff always help and are always cheerful...Maintenance come in a timely manner....I hope I never have to move!

I've been on this property for about 3 years, love it!!! I occurred an issue, which was immediately resolved with the rental office, which caused me peace. They resolve what they can and to be fair.Not to mention Jim and Matt(maintenence), once you call the office for repair, they on it immediately, most of my repairs were replaced with new items. I call a couple of times when the office was closing they showed up and repaired. I give them a 10 for the work they do! They best I've had in my rental history.

We have been staying at Waterford Terrace for over a year now and we are in love! Our neighbors are so friendly and the office staff are always there when you need them! Especially during this quarantine! The office staff set up safe games and contests in the community to help keep us connected during this time ? My brother is handicapped and is the main reason we choose Waterford Terrace Apartments. The entry ways and sidewalks are perfect and he can move around with ease when he visits. PLUS they were the only apartment complex in the area with a zero entry pool AND a chair lift in their pool. I am so grateful for choosing Waterford Terrace and I look forward to many more years of staying here ?
Shannon was so helpful with our move in process! We luckily drove by and found the Waterford Terrace and went for a walk through and knew it was where we wanted to be. Has nice floor plans, larger kitchen area, and more updated features than any other apartment we looked at! We look forward to our time at Waterford Terrace.
