The location is great and they have all new gym equipment which is great. The pool is also beautiful and staff is top notch

I’ve been here for two years .. it’s been great so far, so quiet and peaceful. Office mgt Mariana and Noreen are d best to talk to!! Love them!

Overall although the community is older it is a great place to live. The community is clean and well kept and the location is great with some awesome schools. The staff and maintenance are on top of things and address any concerns as soon as possible. There is ample parking and they are pet-friendly.

I have lived at the apartment community for 2 years and have loved it. I have a great space and everything is kept clean. The staff is wonderful and always available.

I would very highly recommend this apartment complex. Everyone is is friendly, courteous and helpful. The maintenance crew is totally amazing. Every time there was some type of issue, it was handled in a timely manner. They are quick, very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They very much care about your issues. Highly recommend Waterford Place community.

The property seemed very cozy and quiet. I like that its tucked amongst homes and is a fairly small property.

I would recommend this apartment community. The maintenance and office staff have been extremely respectful and helpful.

Maintenance is on top of things. I have been in this complex for 6 years and since Alex came on board, it was drastically changed for the better.

I would definitely recommend this community. The service/maintenance personnel are extremely polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. They are also quick and efficient.

The upkeep on the outside of the building seems to have become a low priority. The stairwells and building itself need to be pressure washed as they are looking old and dirty. I have also called on an abandoned car that has been parked in by my building at least 3 times and it has still not been removed. A little more pride to be taken on the outside appearance of the buildings would be great

I would recommend it because it was quickly resolved once the problem was diagnosed. I would just inform them to call instead of trying to submit it online.

Recently, I have moved into another unit in this complex in doing so I moved into a unit that is roach infested, broken dryer, broken refrigerator to the point I lost all my food because it took the maintenance a week to come take a look. then decided i need a new refrigerator which took a few days. There was no compensation for my lost food. I was given an hard time just to get the unit just to experience more issues then I had in the last one. Nothing is treated as an emergency. In the last unit the air conditioning went out all the time. The last time it was 90 degrees the unit when I returned home one night. I immediately placed a ticket and called. Maintenance did not arrive until 12hrs later after called several times and had to go into the office. The ceiling does not justice when its super hotel outside. It is truly a safety and health concern that should be treated with a sense of urgency. Now back to the new unit issues. I am consistently spraying roaches in this unit and can not live comfortably. I told the office when I moved in on my move in paperwork and nothing was done. Then I sent an email and had to wait until the following week for the exterminator. However I don't see a different and it is quite disgusting. My home is cleaned, no food left on cabinets, trash taken out every day its just awful for them to move me in this unit and expected to live under these conditions and I get is we can send the exterminator on a weekly basis. No offense but I pay too much in rent to leave in these conditions. I am never late on my rent and i have been in the complex for 3 years. I just feel if it was there family the wouldn't be subjected to such conditions. I don't complain things often but I just had enough with moving into a unit that the air conditions rattles when on, roach infested, mold under the kitchen counter, and small things that are not worth mentioning but those are the top three items. One last thing maintenance likes to use your bathroom when you are not there. Its a comfort think me and not feeling violated are they going through my things as well who knows. I just be warn if you move-in to these apartments. This will be the last time I renew my lease with them.

The guys name Kevin was amazing. He came in and got straight to work. He addressed my questions and provided with info about the upcoming event at the gate. I would request him to do all my service request in the future.

I like the community just not the promptness or lack thereof of maintenance requests.

1 of my service requests has been met. The other has not been addressed at all.

This community is very spacious and nice. i love the view and the surrounding neighborhood and all it has to offer.

I have enjoyed living here for many years and believe others will too.

Right now I would not recommend this community. Once basic improvements are met and the leasing center is updated, I will be happy to re-evaluate.

FACILITIES ARE GOOD, SAFETY & SECURITY IS GOOD, LOCATION IS IDEAL.

Would because it's convenient if they are going to LSC Cy-Fair, would not because most of my friends can't afford it and have jobs inside the 610 loop.

I've lived in 7 or 8 places over the past 12 years, and this complex was the best all-around.

Neighbors upstairs are up and walking super hard to the point we cant sleep and we have to get up early nothing has been done no respect for other people after 10pm til 2am not good

It is an ok place in a very nice community. Worth the location.

The last two times maintenance has been in my apartment they have not left it as they entered. First time when the fire extinguishers were replaced, lights were left on. This time, my AC was turned down 6 degrees cooler than I left it,& I was not home for at least 9 hours after they came in based on the note left.

Had a very positive experience and overall liked the property, location, and price. Of all the places I visited, Keyana was the best with her warm, friendly, professional manner.

I like my unit. The floor plan is very conducive to my lifestyle. However, the management staff is not professional and do not do what they say they will do. So, I tell people the truth. If they don't mind dealing (or not) with the office staff, it's a great place to live.

In addition to previous comments, I feel the fees we had to pay upon moving out were a little shady and unjust, since the move in condition was not exactly pristine. We paid because we just wanted to be done with Waterford Place once and for all. There was all a very high turn around in the front office.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It?s has everything needed and more, nice layout of floor plans, very spacious and affordable, and Local shopping centers.

I would def and have recommend this complex to my friends. I love calling this apt complex my home.
