Unfortunately when we moved in we were told that the apartment would be renovated when we moved out since it was considered a classic unit. Upon move in we started having issues with pest, broken appliances then they have the nerve to charge you to upgrade their apartment. Avoid this place if you want to keep money in your pocket.

Waterford is the best value in the area. Great place to live with a safe environment ample parking and clean and well-maintained grounds. The outdoor pool is wonderful. The club house staff are wonderful to work with.

Waterford apartments have been very welcoming not only with my neighbors but also with staff when I moved in I even got a little Christmas bucket with candy and dog treats for my furry friends, the quality and professionalism is very welcome and I'm hoping to stay here for quite a while.

This Waterford place apartments is the best value in town. Excellent neighborhood with great elementary, middle, and high schools. Ample parking and very quiet. Beautiful outdoor pool and well-maintained landscape.

Still a decent place to live. The only things I've noticed over the years is a decline in landscaping quality and a decline in the 'looks' of the place. Maintenance is great!

Waterford apartments are lovely, conveniently close to shopping, quiet - yet they allow pets including dogs and cats, and landscaping is very well maintained. Wonderful place to live!
