I had a tour on 10/30 and Julio was the agent to help me get information about the property. Julio had the most busiest office I’ve seen in a while and he handled everyone with professionalism and great attitude and a sense of urgency! I’ve really enjoyed living at Waterford on the Meadows. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Julio is one of the leasing agents at my complex and he is so friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Great location and overall a nice place to call home!
I came in for a tour and Julio was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the housing options. The application process was fast and easy, and he made everything go smoothly. Julio was professional, friendly, and had a great attitude the whole time!

I lived in this community for many years, this place is safe, it provides a strong sense of high standard of living. The STAFF is super professional, friendly, Especially Ms. EVON, she really kind, always smiling, quick to assist in any manner possible, she gets things taken care, and she also does follow-up. She is amazing.

If you are thinking of Texas apartment community then this is not for you..No children play area/parking are packed with big trucks - no space to walk in apartments. poorly managed and rarely working small swimming pools. No in house laundry. No security. Management is worst. Don't forget to take pictures of broken things and move in issues. Its very common they will charge you $2000 when you move out for those broken things. Poor quality apartments, full of cracks and cockroaches.

Great customer service, fantastic staff in the office, decent amenities and good apartments. Rent is affordable and only minor issues with the apartment that were handled relatively quickly.

I do recommend the apartments to my friends and co-workers but I do not sugarcoat how long term renters are treated or valued. Loyalty is not something I see. example I have a 18 year old refrigerator that is oversize and uses a lot of electricity. I asked for a regular sized, not new just regular. I was told no because mine was working. So trade mine with an empty apartment and let someone new have this wonderful appliance.

The property is quiet.the rooms are large. The property grounds seem well maintained. The manager was very nice and helpful.
We are close to a lot of things,and neighbors are on the most respectful. I would recommend friends to live here.
The apartnent is great but the neighborhood doesn't feel family oriented with all the pickup trucks and men workers standing around on each corner. Don't feel comfortable allowing my kids outside.
I've lived here 3yrs .. No major problem except I need a new dish washer and have requested one 2 times.. The dishwasher is old, outdated and do not clean my dishes they are sttill dirty and glass ware are cloudy with a film on them.. Its been like this since moving in 3 yrs ago.. I have resulted to washing my dishes in the sink by hand..
Two major issues - the mailboxes need to be painted or preferably replaced, and the trash container across frommy front door is loaded with ground trash before and afterpickup.

I don't know where to start. This place looked decent at the beginning. It was close to my relatives. They promised to do urgent replacement but they did not fulfill. When I check to apartment I was upset to see a dishwasher with missing accessory, a carpet full of pet hairs and partly working cooktop. The management is full of liers and they dont hold their promise and they are lack of coordination among themselves. STAY AWAY from here and look other places
It is a large complex but I can see that management is working hard to handle the volume of issues that are to be expected with an older apartment complex.
The staff is the best, but the apartments have roach and bug problems.
It's been more than a year that I lived at Waterford on the Meadows. My experience has been great. Staff at the Leasing office and the maintenance are friendly and attend to your need immediately.

In the past it's taken longer to get requests fulfilled, but in the past 6 months it's gotten much better. Hope it stays that way.
These apartments are nice,they are not very old, however, they are missing something that is very import to me.They don't have a gym and I usually like to go about 3 times a week. To me they are kind of far, to go to groceries,mall and even my church.Otherewise they are ok.
