Waterford at Sugarcreek

I’m so in love with my view and knowing or thinking that I am surrounded by caring people. The amenities are all wonderful, the location is GREAT!! And the staff is so welcoming .

It has been great. I love it here. The apartment complex maintenance team has been so helpful and fast with anything we’ve needed. The area is safe and within the radius of many stores and restaurants.

Great experience minus a few minor things. Not a fan of people parking in the handicap spot without handicap stickers (especially now that I have a broken leg and have a valid handicap pass to use that spot!) and can’t seem to get my key fob to work at the club house. Otherwise, great apartment!

I moved in first of the year I am enjoying my new housing I am glad to see a garbage solution I would recommend water filtration I look forward to better weather & events

Excellent office staff. Responsive to needs and concerns. Beautiful apartments and safe community. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality apartments in a safe place.

It been extremely nice! Everyone is so nice and friendly. All accommodations and help is also top notch! Overall both me and my partner have been very happy with Sugarcreek.

A great community, with great amenities. I love how close the complex is to both the highway and essential stores like Costco and Kroger. It's also right across the street from a great local nature trail!

Love living here. It's quiet. Honestly feels more like a condo. Probably will renew this year if I decide to stay in Ohio. Just wish the dog stations were cleaned up more often

Everything has been amazing and as expected. The only negative is people clog the trash compactor and results in other residents leaving trash on the outside which isn’t pleasant to see or go through when taking trash out.

Love the community. Very friendly staff. The location is priceless. The apartments are very modern. The administration post newsletters with great activities the whole year. The club house is great for events and has a coffee machine service for the residents. The pool in summer is a plus.

Have had some noise issues from the upstairs neighbors and slow responses from maintenance and management. Other than that, I have enjoyed living here so far.

I recently moved to the community. I signed my lease months before I actually moved in and the leasing staff were all so kind and answered all of my tedious questions via email in a timely manner. They also gave me a tour and made sure to explain everything in great detail. I received a welcome packet and a handwritten letter the day of my move-in. I have had nothing less than a phenomenal experience. The apartment was clean and everything was functional day-of.

Property is great, quiet and clean. The maintenance team is responsive and kind. My dog enjoys the dog park as well. We couldn’t be happier with our choice so far.

Office is very easy to work with and quick to respond to maintenance needs. They do events for residents as well. Beautiful apartments, community, and grounds!

Management is amazing. Special s/o to Paige! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. I’d just say we need more parking spots for visitors and an easier trash collection process.

Our experience here has been great no issues that were not handled in a timely manner. U wish we could get the trash situation figured out during the weekends. With us being right across the street from it the smells take over as soon as you walk out the door.

So far, living at Waterford has been very enjoyable. The community is in a beautiful area close to a ton of stores. Our apartment felt and smelled very clean when we moved in and the other residents have all seemed friendly.

Everything has went smoothly and if something was wrong it was fixed. I was told a couple untrue statements that came as a shock when signing the lease but other than that they have answered any questions I had and are fairly easy to get a hold of.

Love my apartment. Finally moved in . Feels like home . There are good points and bad points . I focus on the good points . Everyone I’ve met is nice . Paige is extraordinary good ! The service men are cordial and do good work .

I have been a resident here for over a year and would recommend it to anyone. The units are very nice and rent is reasonable although you are required to pay a bundle of both internet and cable which is inconvenient. The staff is very kind and responsive and maintainance is some of the best that I have seen!

Had a few issues with the apartment, but Paige and the staff have been so quick to fix anything we need! The location is great and the apartment is very cozy and homey.

Living here has been wonderful. Been here a year and just renewed my lease. My husband and I moved here from Michigan when I accepted a permanent position at Premier Health.

Everyone on staff is very friendly and professional. If I have any concerns, they are addressed promptly. I really love this property and everything that’s provided.

Excellent staff! Whenever you need something they are very quick to respond very helpful and patient with all residents. Love the way the maintain the property as well.

My dryer was broke when I moved in, but they had it replaced within the next two days other than that everything else went very smoothly with moving in.

The scenery is what i like; cozy apartment and safe environment as well. The assistant Manager-Rachel is really awesome. She is really polite and had patience to answer all my inquiries.

We love the area so far! We read reviews about this place and pretty much have seen mostly positive comments. One thing I will say the reviewers were accurate on is the trash situation. I hope that gets fix. There are a lot more critters than we expected to pest control will be a huge deal for us. Overall very happy we chose this place.

Waterford has truly been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The leasing staff is beyond amazing and always has your best interest at heart. All the amenities are always clean and updated.

Overall nice location. I feel safe living here. Some cons are that I feel it is overpriced with the mandatory cable bill of $80 and community utility bills on top of the personal utility bills, and the amenities you pay for are often poorly kept or broken like the gym and the grills.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Nice spacious and clean, secure gym and pool. Apartments are very spacious and have lots of natural light! Would recommend.

Love living here and getting ready to sign another year lease. It's quiet, safe, and peaceful. Close to major shopping places like Costco. Rent is reasonable for what you get.

Highly recommended for anyone working in the Dayton area, or even surrounding areas. You're basically on the edge of Centerville, Kettering, and Dayton, about 50 minutes from Cincinnati, and about an hour and 15 minutes from Columbus. One of my favorite things about Waterford is that it's basically surrounded by trees and nature, and the complex itself is very walkable. There is a nature reserve right across the street and I take frequent walks through there as well. The units themselves are well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. There is hard water here which will leave calcium spots on your pans and silverware. Not a huge deal if you get something like Barkeeper's Friend for scrubbing. Negatives - there is one trash compactor for everyone's trash, and people consistently have a problem throwing their trash all the way in and compacting it. Usually, this is a people problem, much like people leaving their grocery carts out in a parking lot instead of returning them to a corral.

We had an amazing experience with finding our apartment here! The staff was so helpful and made sure we saw every unit option before renting!

Everyone has been so kind and helpful for the move! Anytime I’ve submitted a work request within hours the problem is fixed! So far an amazing experience :)

So far all the people I've met since being here have all been super nice and welcoming with smiles on their faces. The entire complex is very clean, neat and quiet as well.

Living here is very peaceful. The staff and maintenance are delightful. Also, it's a bonus living close to Target and Kroger. This is a great neighborhood, you never have to travel too far for anything.

Nice place overall. Super pricy because of the area it’s in, which is unfortunate. Buildings are still relatively new and maintenance is quick to get on things. General complex maintenance and upkeep is really lacking, though. The trash compactor breaks constantly and trash just piles up in front of it. It’s disgusting. And people don’t clean up after their dogs, or they do and then they leave bags of poop on the sidewalk. The outdoor patio has been off limits for “construction” for over a year now. The fireplace outside and inside doesn’t work, again for over a year. And the outdoor grills blew up on someone last year and nothing has been replaced. The unit walls are super thin so you hear everything. Doors are located at really weird places of the building, and packages are constantly delivered to wrong units.

Beautiful property, excellent staff. The club house is beautiful. The pool area and grilling area are very nice. The gym here is excellent as well. I highly recommend this property.

I love have quite and nice the whole property is. The set up of the of the property is lovely and has a very comfortable feel along with the beautiful landscape.

The vibe here is just so chill and welcoming. I love how spacious my place is, and the maintenance team is always quick to fix any little issues. The pool area is like my happy place during the summer, and the clubhouse is perfect for hanging out with friends. Plus, the location is awesome – close to everything I need but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Seriously, I've got no complaints – just a whole lot of love for this place
