About Waterfall Village
Waterfall Village is a beautifully maintained, quiet community. Convenient to downtown yet tucked away in nature. Yes, there is a historic waterfall on the property. Our apartments are generously sized. An oversized garage is included in the rent with all of our one bedroom apartments. We have a resident superintendent as well as maintenance staff. Amenities include, a playground, basketball court and picnic tables with grills for a waterside picnic. Mail is delivered directly to your door. Individually controlled heat and air conditioning. We pride ourselves on our rapid snow removal. To quote one of our residents, "This place has been a nice little peaceful place to unwind after work. The grounds are beautiful and really well maintained with a really nice little waterfall in the back. It's quiet and peaceful, you really can't ask for more. Within a close drive we now have Panera, CVS, Lidl Supermarket, WaWa, Stop & Shop and much more! *Measurements on the floor plans are approximate
