We have one and two bedroom apartments, with one bathroom, and even offer a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit. Each unit comes with dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry hookups, stove, microwave, air conditioner and refrigerator. All units are open concept in design to allow for easy sight lines between the kitchen, living room and dining room areas. Each unit also has a patio/balcony depending on the unit. Water, sewer, trash, heat and internet are included with the rent. Cable is offered for $40 monthly, and underground parking is $40 as well. Storage units are available for no cost. There is a private parking lot for guests, and residents that do not wish to park underground. Feel free to call to inquire about our available apartments! Note that we do have an income ceiling depending on how many people reside in the unit.
