Hey there - our pleasure! Happy you had a great experience.
I enjoy this community and have never had any issues with safety or neighbors. The building is kept up to date and we have daily cleaning to maintain the cleanliness throughout the building. Management is on site and professional and great at sending community updates by email and they also post I the elevators. Plus we're conveniently located to the 101 and walking distance to grocery store, banks, gas station, etc.
Building is in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to lots of things
This building runs like a well oiled machine for the most part, with maintenance requests being handled very quickly and building maintenance handled in a professional manner overall. Leasing office personnel are professional and courteous and very helpful. This is a good place to live.
The apartment staff at Warner Pointe is among the best when it comes to all aspects of renting. Mark has been an incredible help from the moment I contacted Warner Pointe about leasing and was a large reason why I decided to call Warner Pointe home.
I have lived here for 16 years and have seen all manner of issues. A new management company took over in late 2023, and they have been much more responsive than the old company. Great on-site management and maintenance personnel, and a more frequent security patrol presence on the street around the building have both been welcome changes. With the old company, a maintenance request might languish for a week or more before being addressed, and the parent company was completely unresponsive to any communication from residents. The new company is much more responsive and on top of things. I worry less about maintenance/repairs - I know they will be taken care of. Competent folks who care about their jobs are running things at Warner Pointe.
