Excellent community maintenance, excellent office service, quiet, safe, and beautiful community to live in, and fair prices. I am very grateful to live here. I have had a very peaceful experience without any complications.

No problem at all keep to myself and work quiet here moved my parking with no problem haven’t had any issues with needing maintenance great people

I really like this community. Ot is clean, the neighbors have all been nice. I love that it is gated, although the exit gate has been stuck open for quite a few weeks now. The staff is amazing.

All of the staff in the apartments are great. They are always helpful and when you need some maintenance in your apartment they will make it happen

Apartments are good and quiet. A really good area right next to bucees. The pool seems great and has covered parking. Hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet on second.

My resident experience has been great! I would recommend anyone who is moving to the Austin city area on an affordable level to move to this apartment complex. Engineering always responds to requests appropriately and the ladies working in the office are always nice and helpful when I had a question or needed something.

Ruby & Tracie have been such a huge help in my moving process. They've answered every question I have and have been accomodating when I needed to make a change.

I had the pleasure of working with Ruby in management. I was considering two properties and she gave me the pros and cons of both locations without bias as a local herself. She honored our conversation two days prior and things went very smoothly to top it off, this location is next to the state park and Bucees which is fantastic. The prices were fair and the grounds looked maintained. Highly recommended. Also, management asked me if I could spare a few more days to make the apartment primed for moving in. The transparency and customer service was just top-notch.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Walnut Ridge. I recently gained a roommate and could not be any happier now that I am able to enjoy it with someone else in my life. I love this community and the staff here is always welcoming.

The staff and the community is amazing, they are always trying to help if you need anything and the place is really safe for families and kids

Great place to live but parking is a nightmare. Cars get parked and dont move. Not enough free spaces but plenty of “pay for these”. Staff is awesome. Again, its just the horrible parking situation.

Walnut Ridge Apartments is a beautiful community to live at. The office staff and maintenance crew are very professional and helpful. The property is clean and located in the best place in Bastrop.

Nice and quiet place to live with a nice little dog park we like! The appliances are a little bit older and the cabinets are worn out, I feel like for the money we pay for rent things could be fixed when we ask but we have been ignored a few times

Things are still good. For the most part it’s still very quiet near my apartment. People are very nice. Maintenance responds to maintenance requests pretty quickly as a rule.

I have really enjoyed my resident experience here. I really like how fast maintenance is on responding to requests. My neighbors are always nice and smiling and mail service is always spot on!

Everyone seems nice and their interactions feel genuine. The community is good however we have not been to the pool areas because of weather and have not made it to the other parts of the facilities just yet. So far it is comfortable and we are enjoying the community.

Nice friendly staff, fast approval, nice clean and safe are to live in and raise a family. Can’t wait till I move into my new beautiful home.

Since I’ve only been here for a few days, my experience has been brief, but so far, everything has been great. The apartment is comfortable and well-maintained, and the neighborhood has a calm, pleasant vibe. I’m looking forward to spending more time here!

I just love it here it’s so peaceful and relaxing and quiet love my neighbor I can’t wait to go swimming when summer comes y’all come out and visit with them they are so nice

I love this complex. The staff is very friendly and I feel safe. It is a very clean complex and the amenities are very nice. So far the other residents that we have met are very nice.

Walnut Ridge Apartments is a great community to live in and is centered on comfortable living. Great people being amazing neighbors, location is key and perfect for Bastrop.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. Only problem I’ve had is getting in contact with front office over the phone and increase in charges without knowing why.

It’s a beautiful place to live at and it’s peace and quiet and I love this town, cause it’s peace and quiet I would recommend anybody to come stay here. It is so beautiful friendliness cleanness.

Great complex, front office is amazing and maintenence crew top notch! Anytime there has been anytime of issue the walnut ridge crew has been there every step of the way.

We enjoy living here in community for most part. However, there are a lot of pet parents who do not clean up after pet. Nothing more nice place to live.

The bathroom could be configured differently for my wheelchair but other than that I really don’t have any issues. The office staff is really nice and the people I’ve come across around the building are pretty friendly.

It’s alright. Neighbors seem to always seem to be banging around kind of inconsiderate and maintenance takes forever to get back to me. Hopefully things change soon

Everything is great and staff is always Profesional and they are always eager to help you on every possible way. They only need to fix the problem with people getting into our pool

The community is quiet and very well kept. The pool and gym are fantastic. The folks in the office are very nice and helpful. The response to maintenance is fast and reliable. My experience so far has been outstanding.

I feel safe in here though its near the hi-way. Though I can hear the sound of the car passing by and the sound of the train still I find it peaceful.

My Resident Experience so far has been good. The pool is an amazing amenity to living here. The community is very nice. My only complaint is the parking areas when I come home at night. It is hard to find a good spot. But other than that it is a good place to be.

The community here is great! The management team works hard to keep property areas up and ensure only residents use places like the pool and gym. I’ve lived here for over a year and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

This complex offers peace and quiet with a clean and secure environment. It's conveniently located near markets and everything you need. Plus, the 24/7 gym access is a huge bonus - I love it!

Living at Walnut Ridge Apartments going on my 7th year is such a warm homey feeling. I enjoy the property amenities, neighbors, local shopping and convenience of everything needed in less than 5 mile radius.

The place is nice the only bad thing is parking. They have cars with no parking permit cars that’s not parked correctly in lanes. Cars that seem to not run and sit in lanes across lanes. If they could fixing parking it would be a lot better.

Family oriented, Great Security, Safety atmosphere, Great Customer Service, Bright lighting on parking area, Sturdy fence around the perimeter of property, Amazing Blinds, code to enter parking lot is a plus,

Excellent place to raise your children and live peacefully. I love the pool and coming home after a long day at work… I live in peace and my children too. Everything is well maintained, clean, they take care of every detail of the residence

It is a quiet and friendly community. My wife and I love our apartment. Great community for pets even though some pet parents are not as considerate as others.

It is a wonderful apartment complex with problem-solving staff. Anytime there is an issue, the staff and maintenance have been quick to respond.

We have truly enjoyed living here thus far. The staff in the office have been helpful and friendly. Maintenance has always been knowledgeable and a delight to work with. One thing I would like to see added to our neighborhood would be some type of security cameras. This would make everyone feel better after having those car burglaries.

Everyone here is friendly and the maintenance is responsive. I love that there’s 2 different options to earn rewards. One is an answering survey questions for gift cards and there’s also an opportunity to earn cash to put towards your rent.

Apartments nice and community is nice. Maintenance has fixed my appliances that were bad in a timely fashion. Would recommend to live here if your looking for a apartment.

So far it’s been nothing but amazing to live here, we are enjoying our ability to be in town and have a quiet nice place to live. Being able to go home and relax quietly is so nice.

I love it here! It has been so peaceful and relaxing! Everyone is so kind, the front office has been nothing but kind and understanding! I wouldn’t choose any where else
