I like my apartment but a lot of things weren't NEW when moved in 4years ago. When I email management about different things that should be replaced over time it's like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished ex carpet, refrigerator etc. Trash everywhere not enough places to dump trash.

Needs more trash sites . Enforce rules about children being outside unattended. Enforce a neighbor curfew for people hanging outside.

Its a nice community, stays clean most of the time. Could use another trash area due to trash overflowing and trash bags on the ground daily. Not a good look. Other than that Ill give it a 7 out of 10.

I just move to Lieutenants Run and where I live its very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I dont like is when people throw trash all over the place by the dumpster but everything else is fine.

I have lived lieutenants Run Apartments for the last two years and I've enjoyed my Apartments floor plan and it's balcony so I'm also able to enjoy outside I recommend lieutenants Run Apartments for comfortable living and spacious living I've also enjoyed having two full bathrooms

I wouldn't recommend any to stay in these apartments they have mold, spiders, and ants. The trash is always piled up its the first thing you see when you in the apartments its an eye sore. The management are rude they get an attitude if you complain about things going wrong in your apartment also they do not pick up the phone no matter the time. The maintenance men do not really know how to fix things. Even the corporate office is rude. Over i really hate these apartment !!!!!! My rate is ZERO stars ??????????

Lieutenants Run Apartments
I've lived here for five years, and it has been a great experience. The office staff and maintenance personnel are all very professional and very helpful. The pool, playground and grounds are all very well kept, and everything is easily accessible. Lieutenants Run is also a great location, close to shopping, dining, schools and recreation. Lieutenants Run is a great place to live, and I don't intend to move any time soon!
