I moved here from New Jersey in 2015. I looked at different apartments as well as homes. After a while I choose Wakefield Glen. I loved it more after I moved in. The service is amazing. The rent is my Only issue. I Absolutely Love It Here!!!

It has really been a relief staying in this community. Maintenance is responsive quickly. The office team is great and informative! Rent is competitive along with add-ons. The area is quiet along with neighbors. It’s super clean outside even near the trash dump it’s kept up.

I’ve been living at Wakefield Glen and overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The location is great, the community is quiet and friendly, and the apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained. The amenities are solid and the area feels safe, which is a big plus. That said, the main downside has been a recurring bug problem. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely something that could be improved with more consistent pest control. Even with that issue, I still enjoy living here and would recommend Wakefield Glen to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Enjoy living in a community that has that country feeling. So close to grocery store and shops. I’ve gotten to meet my neighbors and it makes it feel more like home. The front office personnel are very nice and helpful.

I don’t recommend Wakefield Glenn and am ready to move out. There’s safety issues management fails to address, work orders that get marked complete and are not resolved, there is no communication from management. I could go on and on.

The leasing team has been super helpful, patient, and responsive—answering all of my questions and making the process feel smooth and welcoming. The community itself is clean and quiet, and the apartment layouts are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. Decent apartment, Pool trouble the last few years, Never opens on time. Dog cleaning room is always locked. My apartment facet in bathroom has very slow pressure flow.

This is a very quiet community, with great staff who respond quickly to any issue. There is a sense of community, with monthly treats from management. There is always a management or maintenance presence on site. Very nice place to call home.

The staff here are all very nice, it’s special that events are planned monthly for tenants, just celebrated pretzels day with fresh pretzels for all. The swimming pool got a new makeover. The community is generally quiet and relaxing.

Over all I love it here. We are excited to checkout the pool this summer. We are also excited to take our fur baby to the park and see her reaction to the new rocks and lighting. I have noticed that more people have been cleaning up after their fur babies now and we can walk without the worry of stepping in the wrong place

Besides the random individuals coming in and out of my apartment while I’m gone, stealing my property and damaging the inside of the apartment. Wakefield Glen is a great place to live! Great management and maintenance team members to always assist you with each and every concern. Wakefield Glen is also a quiet and safe environment with beautiful landscapes to explore and enjoy during a nice walk and while the children play!

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community! The neighborhood is peaceful, and the residents are friendly. The management team is responsive and ensures that everything runs smoothly. The amenities, including the pool and gym, are well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. The landscaping is beautiful, and the common areas are always clean. Parking is convenient, and I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. It’s also a pet-friendly community, which is a big plus! Another highlight is the location—it’s close to shopping centers, restaurants, making daily errands easy. Noise levels are low, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-kept place to live. It truly feels like home!

My overall experience here is great. I love my apartment. I’ve been here since 2015. Definitely a place to consider living, if you’re looking for somewhere to stay. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live!!!

The leasing process was very easy, working with Alexis was a breeze. So far the neighborhood is quiet and very clean. They have a lot of amenities and they are maintained as well.

This is a very comfortable community. I feel very safe when my wife and I take a walk. The maintenance staff is very friendly and timely. The office staff is helpful.
