The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Waco Apartments
Great value for your money. All utilities are included. The staff is very professional. The maintenance crew is great. They stay on top of things to keep everything working.
The staff is very friendly. Could not ask for a better maintenance crew. They will work 24 hours straight if they are needed.
This community is friendly and the staff is too. To live here is affordable and convenient because its close to everything one needs.
Its excellent because they do the best they can to get stuff done ....
Friendly community and staff. Good place to live and save money
This place is affordable and convenient. Close to everything and the staff and community is really friendly
I enjoy living here. The community it friendly and the staff too. It’s affordable and conveniently located by everything u need.
Staff cares about making sure you are satisfied. Good location. Lived here since 2015 and don't plan to leave.
Management does what they want. Maintenance can’t ever fix anything. The plumbing and sewage is out of control. Those pictures are lies and years old this place is ran down. Roach infested and bed bugs. Nasty.
First and foremost, the office personnel are some of the worst high school drop outs on the planet. Customer service is completely unknown to them. The "air conditioners" are actually beat up swamp coolers that are breeding grounds for mold and mildew. In my humble opinion, you'd be better off living in a homeless shelter. Forewarned is forearmed.
