Vyne on Haven is such a welcoming and safe environment to be a resident in! Everyone is friendly and the leasing agents are very helpful throughout the entire process of moving in.

The differentiator for me at Vyne is the Management team in the Leasing office. They are the heart of this community, because they are, they keep this place ticking!!

This is just the right size and location for an apartment community where you have convenient access to walk to all that downtown Elmhurst has to offer without feeling the congestion of being right in busy downtown traffic. Easy to get out for a walk or bike to residential areas and nearby open spaces. Beautiful lobby seating area filled with natural light and Atrium Lounge overlooking the lobby. Other spacious common areas (Club Room, Sky Lounge and veranda, inside the building (and Pool Deck outside) are excellent to enjoy comfort and the variety of unique settings in addition to the comfortable living inside the apartment itself.

We are loving our space here at the Vyne - more perks than we realized when we moved in! The common areas area always clean and smelling great!

I've been living at The Vyne for a month now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I moved in, I've had nothing but positive experiences. Moving in general can be a stressful process, but the management team made it incredibly easy. From the initial tour to signing the lease, everything was handled professionally and with a personal touch. I loved walking into my home and seeing the cute move in gift. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Every detail, from the appliances to the fixtures, speaks to the quality and care put into these apartments by the developer. The community areas are equally impressive. Whether I'm relaxing by the pool, working out in the fitness center, or enjoying a coffee in the resident lounge (Perks: we are granted a number of drinks per month for free), there's always something to enjoy. The grounds are perfectly maintained. What truly sets The Vyne apart is the sense of community. The residents are so friendly, and the staff is always approachable and helpful. The location is another huge plus. Everything I need, from shopping and dining to entertainment, is just a short distance away. Commuting is a breeze with easy access to major highways and the Metra (train station). If you’re looking for a place that feels like home from day one, I highly recommend here. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here and encourage anyone searching for a new home to consider it!

We love it here. I will continue to recommend this building and Greystar management to friends and family. I already have one friend moving in this month. The amenities are wonderful and the building is very upscale. Leasing/ management have been wonderful to work with.

Vyne on Haven is amazing! Luxury living at a reasonable price! Everything is very modern. The building is very safe because it is well equipped with security measures, along with being in a great location. Amenities are awesome. Fast internet, Pool, Lounge areas, all are fantastic! Indoor parking garage is fantastic, I love not having to worry about warming my car or scraping off snow in the winter! Best of all is the staff is very helpful & friendly! From the tour to signing the lease, moving in, & any questions or maintenance, the staff has been 10/10 helpful & friendly! Best of all the pricing is reasonable for what you are getting, and that is what ultimately had us decide on living here. Vyne on Haven is best apartment I’ve lived in and it’s no contest!

You have the convenience of walking to all that downtown Elmhurst has to offer, without feeling the congestion of being in the middle of downtown.
