Amazing and fast Arrived at hime after a month trip to find my aircon not working. With in 1 hour maitenance was there to fix it. Thank you
Dog clean up The corner yard is full of dog crap. There are plenty of bags on the walkway provided. But, people walk right past and let their dogs crap in the yard and do not pick it up. We have watched them walk right down from upstairs. Go out in the yard and let their dogs dump. Walk on down with no regard of even thinking about cleaning up after them.Not just one several areas. There should be a fine if they don’t clean up after their dogs.

Lovely Community I’ve been living in this lovely community for just two weeks, and so far, my experience has been wonderful. The representatives are incredibly kind and patient, always willing to help. The maintenance staff is efficient, and the neighbors are friendly. It’s also a very peaceful and quiet place to live, which I truly appreciate.

Elevator was broke for many months, they were never in a hurry to fix it, lived there one year elevator was broken 2 times. Moving out day it was still broken.. going done 3 flights of stairs was not easy, they were not concerned at all about my difficult move out, contacted them no response back. Not worth living in places that do not keep the place maintained

After a different company took over this apartment complex things have gone downhill. Cleanliness is not a priority anymore. We pay $30 a month for Valet trash and almost half the time they don’t pick up. One of the pools have been closed for several months now. The one pool area that is open isn’t clean. The grills are discussing and the trash is overflowing. The walls are extremely thin…so you hear way more than you’d want to from your neighbors. I’ve heard many people complain they have raised their rent $600 more a month. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this complex anymore and look forward to moving out.

I first moved in in 2019 and it seemed great. Quiet, clean and brand new. But slowly it has gotten busier and NOISIER. I have had to complain multiple times to management and the police about loud music that has rattled my floors and woken me up at night. And when I went to speak to management the next day, they told me that I should have knocked on the tenant's door at 4 am to resolve it myself. Utterly ridiculous. You can feel other people's doors shake your apartment when the doors slam shut and being on an end unit, I can clearly hear people's conversations in the stairwell through my bedroom wall. Plus being on the top floor, I feel like my steps shake my apartment (and I'm a 140 pound person mind you) so I can only imagine what it sounds like to the 2nd floor apartment below me. I don't know if the more people who move in, the noisier it's getting or if the construction is wearing down. Either way it's not great.

I'm stuck in my lease until next year, but I would do anything to get out. Management is a nightmare. They are always "too busy" to deal with any actual problems.. just wait to read those. They never answer the phone in the office. Ever since I moved in 3 months ago, I have had a heavy metal air vent fall on my head, a glass light bulb break on my porch, windows/doors/locks that would not open/close also let in outside air/bugs, CEILING LEAKS (straight rain water coming in through my ceiling... it's STILL LEAKING), dirty ice, broken dryer, broken toilet (that wasn't fun), now my ceiling fan is about to fall out (can't wait to see how long they will wait to fix this one), etc. I've tried to contact the corporate offices and nothing seems to be getting done. Overall... DON'T MOVE HERE. *

I originally found this property here on apartments.com and today I stopped into the office and spoke to Jason who was a great help. After much searching for the right place, I have found my next home at Volaris Starkey Ranch

The staff know what they are doing and very accommodating. The property is new with great amenities. Publix market just a skip and a jump away.The clubhouse is state of the art. So happy to be part of this community.

Poor decisions! Procrastinating maintenance department. So many gates residents feel like they are in Alcatraz! Seriously?? Good example of poor decision: Tampa Bay is no longer in the come to receive bad weather from hurricane Dorian and still the onsite management locks up the pool area today! Any word d and rain would even be here until Tuesday! It’s Saturday! Labor Day weekend and I can’t even go out and enjoy the pool I PAY FOR! Hello! Tell your management robots to open the pool!

My husband and I recently moved into VOLARIS. We love our new home. The staff has been exceptional in meeting and exceeding all of our needs. Every time we go into the office, we are treated like family. Jennifer and Al have been nothing short of amazing. 15/10!!
