I would like to thank Vista Verde at Deerwood management for the fast and professional way, that a maintenance issued was handle. The air conditioner unit stopped working and less than 24hours I had a brand new unit installed. Meanwhile during the outage, management provided my family with a temporary unit for the night until the morning when maintenance came back and installed the new equipment. Again thanks to Miss Casandra from the leasing office , she was the person that took the information, the maintenance personal and management. Great place to live.

Worse apartments and staff ever! These apartments are old, overpriced and the new staff is very bad. They are very rude and they will not help you with anything. I was there for 4 years and just moved out. They made up $600 worth of charges so I won't get all of my deposit back. I'm retired military and this place is by far the worse place I've lived at. Don't not live here. This is a warning!

I'm very happy the way I was treated by the ladies in the office. I just rented a 2 bedroom apartment at the lowest price around this area. My kids love the amenities, especially the playground!

I came with my family from another state and I feel the office people went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . We got approved the same day we applied. I was approved even though my credit wasn't so great and they gave me the lowest deposit possible. The apartment is well kept. Thank you all for your great professionalism.

The front staff has never been helpful or frankly nice, specifically to us as loyal and well-behaved tenants for years. Although we signed and READ the lease, added charges and hidden information found after move out. Management kept changing mind about what is and what isn't in lease. I'm grateful to finally be leaving as this is the most unhelpful rental apartment staff I've ever experienced.
Horrible management. Keeps you waiting forever before they fix anything. Management act like they own the place and are doing you a huge favor by letting you live here. Apartments are very outdated for the price.
The property managers have you waiting forever before you get any services. They do not fully disclose leasing terms and agrees. Hidden/additional fees that are not provided until after the fact.
My one bedroom one bath apartment is affordable. Kitchens could be upgraded and the surrounding areas need to be cleaned. Good size bathroom for the price.
