The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vista Palms
After spending an insanely high and uncommon application fee of $335, I have not been able to reach a SINGLE employee to follow up on the status. I have left voicemails and sent emails. DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT unless you are actually on the property. If this is how the owner does business, I don’t want to live there anyway. I am however posting reviews everywhere I can and contacting the BBB to help any future applicants. Moving is already stressful and when you add the immensely overpriced apartments, horrible customer service and lack of business ethics and it’s just bad.

After living here awhile, I’ve enjoyed seeing the recent improvements. The office staff has been incredibly helpful, and the property is looking much better!
Dont not move here!! The complex has completely went down and is steady getting worse! They loose people rent money and put them in other peoples accounts and try to evict you saying you didn't pay your rent, they made a tenant pay rent twice because they lost his rent check, there no AC, mold here is really bad, there's never anyone in the leasing office when you need them and they`re gone for days on end. Dont even think about moving here or giving them your hard eared money!!!
After all the years I've lived here we finally have after 6 different property managers one that is off the charts amazing. She cares about her tenants and the property, she is on top of it all. Millie is a BOSS!!!! Can't wait to sign my next lease. Thanks Millie for all that you do.
All we can say is since the new manager has come along there has been a big change to the property. It's a joy to visit the office and know that she is there and willing to help. Kimberly has never looked so happy and professional. Can't say enough about Javier and Ariel always going above and beyond. I've been her for five years and looking forward to another fiveeeee.
Ashley Oaks was a wonderful place to live, a very quiet neighborhood
I have lived here over a year, and I am very happy with them. They have worked with me in a time I needed it. They always get maintenance done very quickly. Office people are very sweet and nice. Pool is nice and I plan on staying here for a little while.
I've been living here about two years and the experience has been ok I wouldn't say the greatest. There seems to be a pest problem but they sent out pest control pretty quick. The staff is pretty nice but seems to cater more to the Spanish tenants.
i found the apartments online my move in date was sceduled but not on time when i moved in there is mold in the apartments the ac units are in horrible condition and the maintnence staff does nothing. my neighbors are extreamly noisy i stay up almost 1:00am due to thin wall and noisy neighbors the only good thing is the bus route other than that the overall apartment score out of 10 is a 1 maybe a 2!!!!!
