Roach and mice infested bad management to many issue thats not getting fixed but they still expect you pay rent dumpster gets over fill sometime it weeks before the trash man to come dump the dumpsters (health hazard) these condos/apartments needs to be torn down and rebuilt it's no way my living room should feel like a freaking freeze when my heat is blast in the 80s. There's high ceiling and when a light bulb go it's up to resident to hire someone to change a light bulb seriously 1st floor has plumbing issue move here only if your desperate you've warned
