PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING OR EMAILING: Our requirements include proof of income of at least 36 times the monthly rent (can be combined), credit score(s) of at least 650, a background check and interview. No smoking inside the apartments or buildings. Sorry, no pets. Rent does not include utilities: heat, A/C, cooking, water-heating are all electric and the responsibility of the tenant. Within the complex, we have junior one bedroom/studios, one bedroom apartments, and two bedroom apartments. We are near downtown shopping, public buses, route 46, 17, 80 and 3. Each apartment is assigned one parking space, some of which are garage spaces.
