1. They will tow your car even if it's been registered onto your lease. 2. There are roaches. 3. The people at the front office are completely unprofessional and petty.

Great place to call home.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The apartments are very spacious and the dog park is great. The office staff is absolutely wonderful as well as the maintenance man Julian. Maintenance is lightning fast and done correctly the first time. I've been living here 14 years and it's been great, and it's so close to shopping.

Don’t move here

My car was broken into, and someone attempted to break into my apartment. They lied about $500 off the first month's rent and handed me a broken key fob on move-in day, then tried to charge me $10 for the battery when I brought it up. Throughout my year-long stay, they tried every way to milk money out of their tenants. I paid rent on time every month, but when I was a few hours late one month, they charged me $200. They claimed they couldn't waive the late fee. When I tried to resolve this issue they ignored my attempts to contact, tried to avoid speaking to me in person, and tried to lie about different things. This is the same treatment I have received every issue I have had. I gave lots of grace in the beginning but If I had known what I would go thorough this year at this apartment I wouldn’t have let it go so easily. If you are thinking of moving here you may as well just stay at the budget suites because people from there jump the fence, break into cars, and break into/attempt to break into your apartment. Look over the reviews of the past 8 years and you will see a history of cars and apartments being broken into. I wish I looked harder at those reviews. Multiple tenants have contacted the office to make the apartments safer and no progress has been made. On top of the exterior problems the inside of the apartment when we got it was not fully cleaned, old laundry was still in the laundry room, the floor had yellow stains, and the bath was still wet and we couldn’t shower for 3 days. the floor is cheap, it is not the nice vinyl they have in the office it is essentially a large sticker that is virtually impossible to clean. The office staff are liars, rude, and intentionally ignore your complaints to keep the illusion of this apartment being high quality

Thank you maintenance

It crushes me to leave a bad review but I am honestly so disappointed. My husband and I just moved in and we were beyond excited. That was short lived once we got our keys. We were told that someone had gone through and looked at everything before we got in and if they did, they did a poor job actually looking. There is a huge crack in the drywall in the guest room. The guest room toilet was constantly running and making a horrid noise. The washer was filled with water that smelled awwwful. The windows in the sunroom are uneven so I cannot lock the windows and they have a terrible seal and you can see the mold and staining in between the panes. The baseboard in the master bathroom was non existent (they fixed it by spray painting it LOL). The top left drawer of the master bathroom counter has nails poking out of them. Both of the bathroom sinks have rust in them. The laundry room light didn’t work. The grates in the laundry room (aka pantry) were DISGUSTING and covered in grease. AND we just found out that our dryer doesn’t work. Our washer was disgustingly filthy and I spent 2 days cleaning it and finally got it to not smell or look horrible to finally do a load of laundry and then to run the dryer 3 times on the longest setting and have soaked clothes still. I asked if we could get our own washer and dryer and they refused to let us do that. My husband has his first week of a new job and now has no clothes that are clean and dry to wear. I am thankful for maintenance coming in and fixing a lot of the issues. They did it within 2 days and they had someone come out and look at the windows and measure them out so I’m hoping those are fixed. Also, the storage in the kitchen is slim to none so if you’re a cook like me, be warned lol. The floor throughout the apartment is uneven and the carpet is so worn down that it feels like wood lol. I am so upset because I was truly so excited to live here. Everyone working here is sweet and will answer any questions but I am beyond disappointed in the quality of absolutely everything. I really wish we didn’t sign a long lease.

Let down

i have had one lease here, not quite up yet. Bumpy road at first, then wonderful. I luv my apt....sold my house and moved in. Then, 9 months later, i have been dealing with Roaches, yes, roaches for 6 wks. I hear one thing from exterminator, and another from management. I should not have to buy my own spray and eat out because i dont want to look at bugs on my kitchen counter top while i cook. I am desperate to find another place to live. We haven't been a priority to get rid of these bugs. 6 wks yall. come on.

Pretty great apartments

My 2 roommates and I have lived here for nearly a year, and it's actually been a pretty nice time. We live in a 2 bed 2 bath with the sunroom and it's very spacious, the kitchen is huge as well! Some of the cabinets were hanging off their hinges when we first moved in and there is some water damage in some places but I can only assume that comes with living on the 3rd floor. Otherwise everything was clean and straightened up! Other tenants were very nice, cleaned up after their animals and watched their kids whenever they were playing close to the other cars. Parking hasn't been too bad, but I was upset that we were given a key fob for the gated entrances and they have never been closed, so it's been kinda useless. The staff has been very kind and prompt with all questions and concerns or any fixes needed in our apartment. They've always put notices on our doors or sent us emails to let us know if/when anything would get shut off or if they would or wouldn't be available for any assistance on certain days. No cockroaches or any other bugs in the home. Maintenance does an amazing job coming through for the trash and keeping everything super tidy around the complex! The community is under new management which means they've been renovating a bunch of stuff! The new paint jobs have been very nice, and one thing that's still under works is the workout room and it looks so nice! Unfortunately we probably won't be able to test anything out before our lease is up but the pool is open and everyone is happy about that! Overall we've had a great experience and, honestly, the only reason we're not staying another year is because they are a bit pricey for us.

Thinnest Walls Ever

Currently live here on the 2nd floor. Worst mistake of my life. Walls are EXTREMELY THIN plus upstairs neighbors are extremely loud & rude. I hear their every move. It’s like they stomp everywhere they go & my whole apartment shakes, the ceiling squeaks, it’s terrible. And management says they’ll do something about it but I have been complaining dang near my whole lease (as well as other tenants) & absolutely nothing has been done. & that’s just one thing. Just counting down my 4 months left until this lease is OVER.

Bed Bugs

Lived here for several years and after management changes every thing went downhill. It literally became a nightmare living there. Unreasonable charges, ridiculous parking arrangements and worse of all when I upgraded to a larger apartment because I was having a baby the new apartment had bed bugs so bad it landed us in the hospital.

Do not rent here!!!!

All been here for years through several management changes. We have parking that is not labeled as residents only. We have spots listed as reserved with no one parking in them. The management company has signed a towing company that is price gouging. The management would like to accept no responsibility for the towing, but they signed a contract with this organization. Its holiday season and my moms rental got towed $300.00!!!!! There is no where in the city i’ve ever been towed for $300 dollars. For the management to accept no responsibility shows anclear sign of a lack of management skills, no negotiating skills, no ownership and inability to understand contracts or at least interpret them.....funny they can interpret the lease contract though I guess its based on a vista first point of view!!!

I love it.

I gave it a four instead of a five since I am located in the very front of the apartment which faces 121 Bus. Highway. And we all know that Texas folks cannot drive, so the sirens are always going. However, if you live on the inside it is much more quieter. Maintenance is wonderful, pool is better than some places, but then again moving from Pennsylvannia with an olympic size pool, who is complaining. Management is great as well. The 24 hour gym is very convenient, with adequate equipment. Alot of the times I go there pretty late and would usually have it to myself. The bedrooms, bath and closet are huge. I have no complaints with the neighbors. There are lots of community activities that are planned for the residents. Shopping areas are close by. If I have recommended it, you bet your bottom dollar you will be satisfied.

Safe and quiet

I currently reside at Westmount at Vista Ridge in Lewisville Texas. I'll just start out by saying, this is the best property I have ever lived at. Maintenance is always very quick to respond to requests and fixes the problem in a very timely manner. It's also in a nice suburban area which is next to a very nice neighborhood. The apartment staff is always very kind and caring as well. There is a 24 hour gym that has a children's at area, a game room with pool table, a gift wrapping center, business center and resort style pool. If you are looking for apartments in this area, I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Apartment Review

This apartment community is very nice. I love the cares team and the office staff. I have quiet yet caring neighbors. The complex is very well kept and maintained. I am near great restaurants and shopping and close to major highways. But most of all, I love my apartment and it is cozy and warm and it is home.

Good place to stay

For us to move from a house to an apartment, this has been the best place for us to start. The management is great. If you ask for something they were very helpful, Jessica especially. In the middle of the night, our air conditioner went out and maintenance came right on fixed it. The size of the apartment and the amount you pay is the best deal i have found so far in this area plus a washer/dryer not just the connection. The reason for me leaving after a year is only that I really needed a first floor apartment and they didn't have one opening. I love the community activities the couple that coordinates that are very lovely people. Only negative thing is parking sucks after 9 pm and the close proximity of the budget suites where apparently people climb over the fence to cross thru, but i haven't seen this for myself. Overall, its a great place to stay...

Westmount Rocks

I have llived in the Lewisville area for years and this is by far one of the best apartments I've lived in. Campared to like apartments with similar amenities, the price is great. The staff is accommodating and polite adn teh maintenance is quick and efficient. So far the environment has been great as well with very little noise or messy grassy areas. I have recommended this place more than any other and plan to stay a while. Only drawback maight be the access in and out however that is a small issue to me.

Great place to Live!!!

I have lived here about a year and it is clean,quite and the management are very friendly and professional.Not to mention they dont bother you at all.They send courtesy emails daily.They even organize weekly events for the family such as pool side movies and Zumba.The floor plans are some of the best in the Lewisville area.Hands down anyone would be blessed to live here!!
