Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vintage Pads
This place is a complete dump! There are roaches everywhere and y’all refuse to fix anything!! DO NOT RENT HERE, YIU WILL HAVE ROACHES AND NO AC!!
There’s the traffic noise. But not as much as the AC blower leaving your Zoom calls sound like you’re in a wind tunnel, the refrigerator compressor buzzing for hours that you are surprised by the occasional silence when it doesn’t. There’s also the exhaust fan in the restroom that joins the symphony. Walls are thin and you’re neighbor loves watching TV or play music, you better hope you like what you hear. Depending on the type of people around you, expect spitting, smoking, trash flying around and dog droppings. There is no recycling your trash. You’ve to be gentle with the closet doors and the refrigerator door so you don’t break them every time you open them. LAUNDRY: only one laundry unit is made available. This is in the building opposite to the leasing office. They have locked down the laundry room in the leasing office building (next to gated parking that is never closed).
I AM SORRY THAT THIS IS SO LONG, I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS FOR ANYTHING, BUT THIS IS A COMPLETE, DETAILED LIST OF WHY THIS PLACE IS SOO TERRIBLE (EVENTHOUGH WE ONLY LIVED THERE A TOTAL OF FIVE MONTHS) This is a terrible place to live, we were forced to break our 12 month after living in these terrible apartments only four months. 1) The place is covered in roaches, and no matter how much you clean and poison they don't go away 2) It smells terrible, we used candles, air fresheners, cleaned almost every day, and changed the air filters, but no matter what we tried it continued to smell terrible 3) The management shut off the a.c. without giving us any notice whatsoever, and there were multiple days in the mid 80's over the next couple of weeks. And when we tried to talk to the management about it they had a terrible attitude and tried to turn the blame back on us. 4) In general the people who live there are rude and disgusting, while there are a few very nice and respectable people who live there, the bad outweighs the good by a long shot 5) When we tried to contact the corporate office about the manager, either we would get a voicemail box and left a message (we never got a call back), or we would get a voicemail box that said it was full, or we would get a person who said that they would transfer us to their "complaint department" and would immediately hang up.
