Property Ratings at Vintage Foxland Apartments
Communication regarding matters that involve someone needing to enter the unit is often poor. As a tenant who pays a lot of money each month, I would appreciate knowing exactly when to expect entry into my own home. Not a range, an exact day. Being told that something is happening with my unit that involves preparation on my part, no follow up communication unless I initiate it when they have not entered to do what they said needs to be done and then having the service cancelled without notification is unacceptable.
I love this property so much. I love the people, the area, it’s very homey and I LOVE the coffee maker in the lobby. It’s a nice area to walk your animals and baby!

Very clean community and maintenance respond quickly. I love the lay out of the apartments and the natural color schemes. I also like the islands, side by síde refrigerator with ice maker combo. Most of the apartments complexs don't have those refrigerators in their apartments.

Move in was easy. The community managers were great and easy to work with. Once moved in I found some issues with the unit but maintenance was quick to come fix it. Overall a great experience.

We have been in love with Vintage Foxland! The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is on top of whatever is needed. The clubhouse is always so clean and well maintained, and the amenities are the nicest we have experienced. Our building is also so quiet and nice. I am amazed at the high quality of everything in the apartment itself. We are so happy with our decision!

My experience with Foxland has been nothing but great! The maintenance men are always so friendly and helpful. I once had an issue starting my car and they helped me jump it. I love all the community events they do throughout the year as well!

Poor staff communication to residents when there are problems with equipment or facilities. They are slow to make repairs and do not keep residents apprised of why there are unreasonably long delays.

The pool is ALWAYS filthy. Not sure how often the pool i cleaned but i can assure you it is not weekly. The complex closed the pool to make "updates" The only updates that were completed were the falling moldy tiles from the summer before. The pool is small there are only three seats with umbrellas. It would be great to have a clean pool to enjoy.

Our maintenance team performs morning cleanings to the pool by vacuuming the surface along with removing any debris. Nice amenities and office staff. Rent has not been jacked up each year so we have been able to stay a while. My only complaint is pet rent is too expensive so I can't get one yet.

I have lived here for 1 year. I like hardwood floors, quiet neighbors, and friendly office/maintenance folks. Only issue I have is dirty, dusty aisles and stairs. I experienced one time power wash for the last one year.

I’m happy to renew for a 3rd year with Vintage Foxland! The apartment layout, the convenience to the interstate, and the community itself are major influences for that decision. The only issues I have is the dim lighting in the bathroom (there’s no light above the shower) and insects finding their way in. Pest control is great though. Highly recommend Vintage Foxland!

Vintage Foxland is a great place to live with extremely friendly staff, cozy apartments and in a super great area. Been here for 3 years with no issues. Could see myself here for a few more
