I like the community and how clean and aesthetically pleasing the outside looks. A lot of the neighbors are nice. The only thing I don’t like is how easily the sinks get clogged. In our first apartment here the our sink got clogged all the time and our garbage disposal didn’t work randomly. In our new apartment our washer is a bit smaller than our other one and our dryer takes forever to dry our clothes. However I think the apartments are spacious and so are the bathrooms and I like the layouts.

The units are nice and spacious, the staff is super friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and competent, the amenities are really nice I especially enjoy the grill area by the pool, overall the neighborhood is nice, lots of friendly people, laughing children, and cute pets everywhere. A very safe place to have your family with almost any type of shopping, dining, convience, ect.. within a 5 min drive.

I love my apartment complex. Anytime I’ve had to request repairs, they’re typically done within 24 hours. The office has been very helpful whenever anything has been needed. Overall, it is a pretty pleasant environment to be in.

It's a very clean and comfortable place! The staff are also very responsive and helpful. The area around the apartment is quiet, so there's no worry about noise. I especially like the air conditioning and the large bathtub.

Awesome staff. They do Quick responses on Maintenance issues. They are always having little events like Popsicles at the pool and and Super Bowl parties. We Love the dog park. Highly recommend!

I love this place since day one I fell in love with. The lady’s in office help me frol start to finish . My home is big and beautiful and couldn’t be happier. It makes it worth working 15 hours shift everyday just to wait to come home I love it and recommend these apartments to everyone . I love the look and process just right . Excellent experience getting set up for the move in. The day of the move, the initial walk through went very smoothly and was very thorough so I know exactly the condition of the apartment when I took possession.

The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. I especially love the high ceilings, large windows, and updated appliances. The soundproofing between units is excellent—I rarely hear my neighbors, which makes for a peaceful living environment

10/10! Vintage Foxland was the first place we toured and we knew then that was the place we wanted to call home. Everyone is so kind. The community is so welcoming and just feels homey. The amenities are amazing and so nice! Having a dog, the dog park has become one of our favorite places.

Enjoy living here! Best experience I’ve ever had staying in apartments the past 8yrs. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They often have community events providing food and drinks. The grounds are kept up nicely and always clean.

The entire process from applying to moving in was amazing. Paige from the front office was the best, she made everything seamless for me. The rest of the staff are incredible and make my new home feel like a retreat. The apartment itself is so nice, I’m on the second floor and don’t hear other neighbors at all. The trash pick up is perfect, the grounds are very well taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Communication regarding matters that involve someone needing to enter the unit is often poor. As a tenant who pays a lot of money each month, I would appreciate knowing exactly when to expect entry into my own home. Not a range, an exact day. Being told that something is happening with my unit that involves preparation on my part, no follow up communication unless I initiate it when they have not entered to do what they said needs to be done and then having the service cancelled without notification is unacceptable.

I spoke with you earlier this week regarding the window replacements and we had sent out text messages to all residents about the contractor cancelling the replacements. I love this property so much. I love the people, the area, it’s very homey and I LOVE the coffee maker in the lobby. It’s a nice area to walk your animals and baby!

Very clean community and maintenance respond quickly. I love the lay out of the apartments and the natural color schemes. I also like the islands, side by síde refrigerator with ice maker combo. Most of the apartments complexs don't have those refrigerators in their apartments.

Move in was easy. The community managers were great and easy to work with. Once moved in I found some issues with the unit but maintenance was quick to come fix it. Overall a great experience.

We have been in love with Vintage Foxland! The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is on top of whatever is needed. The clubhouse is always so clean and well maintained, and the amenities are the nicest we have experienced. Our building is also so quiet and nice. My experience with Foxland has been nothing but great! The maintenance men are always so friendly and helpful. I once had an issue starting my car and they helped me jump it. I love all the community events they do throughout the year as well!

We love it here! Everyone is friendly and the property is always clean. We forgot we are living in an apartment sometimes until we go outside!

I love the way they take care of their tenants. If you have any questions, they will either give an answer or if they do not know, they get back with you in a timely manner. They are very festive and it is quiet and accessible!

Awesome Staff, perfect place to live! super laid back, quiet, safe, very clean. literally everything you could possibly need and want. Apartment layouts are very spacious.

We love living here at Vintage Foxland! The interiors are clean and comfortable, any slight issue we’ve had have been addressed quickly and we’ve been assured the office staff will help us out. Maintenance has always been very fast to complete work orders and very nice to be around. Definitely recommend!

Poor staff communication to residents when there are problems with equipment or facilities. They are slow to make repairs and do not keep residents apprised of why there are unreasonably long delays.

Two years here and still love it like when I first moved in! Staff are always amazing and really make this place feel like a community. My family love it here!
