The community is quiet and friendly, and I feel very safe here. The management team is professional, communicative, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. They’re always hosting small events or sending updates, which helps create a real sense of community. The location is also super convenient—close to [insert features: grocery stores, public transport, restaurants, etc.], but still tucked away enough to avoid the noise and crowds. Overall, I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

I really enjoy the people Here everyone is very kind the pool is amazing and has a great family vibe ! I also enjoy parking it’s never a huge hassle. One thing above all is my neighbors patience my son has autism and is non verbal we’re working on learning bedtime and to not be loud with stemming or raising his voice and everyone’s been so patient and kind !

Overall our experience has been good, but we’ve had a problem with people smoking in the breezeway and in the lot. We’ve also noticed that there has been teens running around late at night in the parking lot screaming and running in front of cars that are pulling up.

Already had a complaint from a neighbor the first week of living here. Apparently people are that sensitive around here. Administrative handles every situation well so far, but you can tell you’re a bother to them. That’s the vibe they give me at least. No real room for complaints though.

Love the community so far!! Everyone is very kind and friendly. If you love going on walks or hiking there are great locations around the area for that! Even just a casual walk within the complex is great!! Also, The coffee in the main office delicious!!!

This is my 3rd year living at Vintage Crossing and I have seen a lot of improvements and appreciate it. The office staff are great and communicate timely on important issues, the renovation of the gym and the restriping of the parking lot have been huge improvements. My only complaint is the lack of transparency with the water bill as you never know why it goes up $10 from one month to the next and you just have to pay whatever is decided, it is not based on your use at all. Also there should be other options to choose an internet provider besides AT&T.

Ive killed different kinda of bugs in my apartment almost every day since spring/summer. I also have a HUGE bees nest on my balcony which I have contacted multiple times to get it taken down and no one has ever came. They say the pest control comes every Tuesday but clearly they arent doing their job. & the office has told me they would take care of it but again; no one has come. I havent been able to be on my balcony for 1-2 months because of it.

I have been living in the apartments for almost 4 months now, and I have enjoyed it. The community is very clean, and they are always sending emails ahead of time letting us know if anything is changing or hanging within the complex.

Staff has been wonderful and very communicative. Maintenance has been very prompt for initial move in "minors" that need repairing/adjusting.

The staff is hard to get ahold of. I once came when the office was suppose to open at 8:30, however no-one actually arrived until 15-20mins later, and when they did arrive they stayed in their car applying makeup. Thankfully maintenance let me in so I did not have to continue standing outside. I had to have my lease sent to me on 3 different occasions due to corrections needing to be made, and y apartment was not clean upon move in.

So far my experience at vintage Crossing apartment has been good. The community is very quiet besides all the door slamming. I have ran into a few of the neighbors and some of them are friendly and the others keep to themselves.

Location is great. Staff is helpful. Amenities like car wash and grills need to be worked on but if you avoid these two things then you’ll enjoy it here.

The complex is very well kept up. They are always making sure it is nice and neat looking around the buildings and grounds. We are kept informed of things going on around our building.

Newer communities in the area offer more club house amenities and 24hr access. Carpet and track lighting in the apartment are outdated and need to go.
