Lenoir City sits just 25 miles southwest of Knoxville, and has a character all its own. Set along the shores of the Tennessee River, Lenoir City holds historic homes and a rich history for residents to experience. Settled in 1810 and incorporated nearly 100 years later, the city had a tumultuous past thanks to disagreements as to who settled it first. Today, it’s seen new developments and a large influx of residents, though it still remains quite small with a population hovering around 9,000.
Lenoir City’s mild climate makes it an ideal locale for those looking to settle outside a city, or somewhere with a rural feel that isn’t completely devoid of attractions. There are the requisite big-box stores and chains on the east side, but if you’re looking for local fare, Lee Highway houses a number of restaurants and cafes not far from the water.

We love the neighborhood. Being able to walk through a walking trail through the woods and end up at a playground is the best for my daughter. The sidewalks and garden is beautiful. The pool areas is gorgeous.

By far a cut above! Quiet, well maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Friendly environment and the two bedroom was very spacious. Loved the laundry room! Early morning or late evening coffee on the patio was the best part!!

We’ve lived here a couple years and it’s really quiet especially since our upstairs neighbors moved out because when they were here it always sounded like they were jumping around all the time which was frustrating for sure when trying to asleep but other then that it’s good!

Living at Vintage Creekwood Park is like living at a luxury vacation destination. The Apts are spacious ,with a great amount of storage . The grounds are kept immaculate. Maintenance is top notch . We absolutely love living here ?? Only issue we having is not enough parking or should have stickers 2 per apartment or something.... When you get off work, there are no parking spaces left.

We were told that I could transfer to a one bedroom apartment a month sooner than the end of our lease (my roommate is pregnant and moving somewhere else) and pay a $500 transfer fee and that would take care of it. The employee who told us that, in writing, left and the other office worker stated that was incorrect and we would not only have to pay the rest of this current lease but would also have to pay the move in fees and first months rent of the other apartment. These apartments are already more expensive than they should be and it’s disheartening the level of greed it seems they have. I would recommend exploring other properties in the area first because these will take as much as they can from you.

Staff/Maintenance are all friendly, helpful, assist in a timely manner & keep the community well informed through several forms of communication. Overall, this is a nice complex and I feel quite safe here. The community is friendly. The buildings are starting to age a bit and humidity can be hard to combat, which can make cleaning a bit difficult. However, it is generally comfortable and reasonably quiet.

My experience living here has been great! I have no complaints! I do wish the playground was a little better but other than that it's wonderful. Super quite and peaceful apartment living. Maintenance is quick, office staff is friendly.

I've been here a little over a year and it is absolutely the best place I've ever lived as far as an apartment. The maintenance is unbelievable, very responsive extremely clean. You leave a message and they usually get it that day take care of the problem. The office staff Jessica especially is awesome! She needs a raise if her bosses see this you can't replace the great people here!

We have lived here for a couple years now and it’s quite quiet around here. It’s still quite expensive to live here and goes up a lot every year.

I have lived here for 6 years this month! I have no desire to leave. We have the greatest staff. It is like a full time vacation. Beautiful kept landscaping. Gorgeous pool area. Great friends and friendships that last forever.

Lived here 4 years ago. Let's come back it's great to experience luxury. Life is short. You may pay more per month compared to the other apartment complexes here but it's well worth the money the apartments are spacious immaculate the appliances are great.

They are overall good but we’ve had a few issues since moving in just 3 months ago. The washer has quit working and then the garbage disposal/sink got clogged up. Maintenance was able to fix it but I think they should invest in newer appliances, especially for the amount we pay.

The apartment is wonderful. The amenities are great. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. They go above and beyond with a sense of excellence while creating and providing a sense of community for everyone. I never knew apartment living could be this good!

Good location and design, slow repairs, lacking pest control (Nov 2023). The location is convenient. The surrounding properties have not yet been developed, which adds a ton of value to the location because there are fields, flowers, and trees next door. The amenities are one of the primary reasons we chose to live here. One or more of the major amenities have been out of order ever since we moved in. Repairs take time, this is understandable, but the amount of time it takes for the amenities to get repaired here seems far more than it could be if the repairs were more important to whoever is responsible for them. They seem to underestimate how much residents will care about the amenities we are paying for. The pests (spiders, roaches, hornets, etc.) are widespread across the complex. Pest control services come twice per month, but the pests populations seem to stay steady or increase, instead of decreasing. Spiders and their webs, for example have remain untouched in months.
