The staff are professional and has always been helpful when I needed assistance. The residents who live here are friendly and it’s peaceful here as well. I’m very pleased and satisfy to say the Vintage at Blackmon is where I chose to live.
The buildings, interior and exterior are beautiful. Living here has been an even better experience due to the assistance of KeShawn & Shonda. The amenities are examples of those you could pull straight out of a 5-Star resort. Vintage Blackman is a beautiful community! The customer service from the maintenance team is second to none. The warm smile, and patience from the previous property manager is greatly missed, but I am always glad to know when I call the front office, Keshun or the new leasing agent Shonda is very polite, professional, committed to ensuring my questions and concerns are addressed, and they do it with a smile.

I have lived in this community for almost a full year and heavily relied on renter reviews when I was searching for an apartments... leading me to want to write a good review about Vintage Blackman. I toured before applying and from the moment I walked in the door, I have been impressed with the teams professionalism. Anytime I have had an issue or question they have been quick to help in whatever way they could. As for the maintenance team, they are quick, thorough and very kind each time they come through. I would also say this is a family friendly neighborhood... often at 3pm there are handfuls of kiddos walking back through the community from the bus and some even rollerblading around with friends. I could not be more complementary of VB and highly suggest the community to those searching!

I haven't been here long, but overall, this is a very easygoing place to live. People are friendly which echoes the surrounding staff. And if there are any issues with the apartment, they're very quick to fix it.

We have been living at Vintage Blackman since Sept of 2018. We have now been in two units since we have been here. We love the area because its close for me and my husband to get on the interstate for our jobs and its close to family. The units are very nice and spacious and the amenities are a plus. We have a friendly staff that cares and also implementing great community activities for us.

I just moved in at the Blackman and I love it. The dog parks are perfect for my fur baby! The pool is so amazing it feels like a resort! Glad to be here forsure. Maintenance is quick as well!

My experience thus far has been AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and very quick to respond. I enjoy all of the amenities and the community is awesome. The location is super convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, and shopping centers!

We moved in to Vintage Blackman about 2 weeks ago, and have loved every minute of it. Keshaun in the office has helped tremendously and always had a great attitude. We have recommended the community to all of our friends looking for apartments. We dealt with horrible management at our last apartment so Vintage Blackman is such a breath of fresh air. I would rate my experience as a 10 if the units were made with more insulation. That was the primary question I asked before moving in I asked the consultant to please rate the noise level from neighbors, and I was told bumps and noise could not be heard. That was not the truth. I can hear EVERY bump as a first floor resident, I can hear water draining when the upstairs neighbors showers, and I often have a hard time sleeping from their dogs constantly barking. Unfortunately I get to wake up every morning when they choose to wake up. Other than the poorly insulated units, and the community smelling like a zoo most times from the pet owners not cleaning the grounds near my unit, I suspect it is an average community. I recently moved to TN in 3/20 so I am unsure what there is to offer but due to my current experience I am most certainly learning and researching.

The exterior and interior are great. Modern and great taste in finish. The amenities are accessible and no problem to use. Building residents are all kind. Parking has not been an issue. Complex police has been kind. Maintenance has been quick in getting the job done and readily available when needed.

Moved in 2017. Moved on 2020. Vintage Blackman is an amazing place. Didn't want to move to an apartment but had to move somewhere. What a pleasant surprise this whole place was. Watched it go from Team Open to Team Admin and was happy to say management remained true to providing a stylish, fun, fair, tenant-sensitive place to call home. I never approached Leilani or any of her staff with an issue that I wasn't met with care and efficiency. Sounds a bit formal I know but Vintage Blackman isn't. And the pool is a beautiful saline that's always clean. Pool rules are relaxed but there are limits. Stories. Oh. Anyway, 3 lovely years at VB.

I have lived in the Vintage Blackman apartments for about a month and I love my apartment! I love the location, upgraded amenities, very nice office staff and tenants. The only thing I would suggest is if looking at a first or second level apartment ask if you will be under a unit with large dogs. The complex is very pet friendly however with the laminate flooring there is no cushion when 100lb dogs run across the floor throughout the day and night. If it wasn’t for the floor noise, I would definitely give this location a 5 star.

I have lived at Vintage Blackman since 2017 and would recommend it to any one. The apartments are reasonably priced for the amazing amount of space you get as well as the beauty of the property. There are several great amenities. The Clubhouse, the Grand Lanai, and the Pool are exceptional and add so much value. The staff is also great. They have always promptly and fairly resolved any issue that has arisen and are always quick with a friendly greeting when they see you on property. 5+ Stars you can not go wrong with Vintage Blackman!

The property is in great shape both inside and out, the amenities are convenient and accessible, the leasing team is always kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is friendly and efficient! I've been a resident at vintage for just over 2 years. And it's been an amazing property to call home. The apartments themselves are nice, and for an apartment one of the more nicely appointed units I've seen. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful always available if I have a package coming in or a question. The only issues I've had while living here was my car being hit in the parking lot (which can happen anywhere) But the property manager that next day made arrangements to have their maintenance staff relocate their storage to open up an available garage for me! It's really convenient, very close to 2 main entrances to the expressway. But still set back enough to where it's very quiet. It also has 2 dog parks on site And a pet washing station! Overall it's a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend taking a look.

Living at Vintage has been wonderful and I can easily see myself staying here for years to come!!! Friendly residents, friendly staff, wonderful community to live in especially if you dont always like to go out, very easy to stay in and chill and relax.
So I've lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and I'm currently working on my 3rd year. The first year and a half was great! Everything worked, all issues were fixed promptly they used to do some kind of event every month, Breakfast, pizza night, or snow cones, yoga by the pool, pet of the month fun things that would actually help to truly consider this place a community. However since the current management has taken over this place is not cared for like it should be. This is multi million dollar complex that's ran like government housing. Between the gates around the pool not working for over 4 months, (ive put in 3 work orders and they keep marking it fixed and its still not) the pool getting shut down every couple weeks because they don't monitor it properly,(Also the heater is broken but they advertise a heated pool), to letting people violate the policies they put into place without any sort of punishment,(if you say something about it the manager asks if you can call the courtesy officer to handle it) they don't even walk the property to see what state it's in and what needs to be taken care. The maintenance people seem to walk around aimlessly without a plan in pace for their day to keep this place in the condition it should be in. Here is the worst part if you ask them why they haven't taken care of the issues they have some sort of excuse or tell you that if you don't like it here we can help you break your lease so you can leave because we want you to be happy. Its honestly just poor management that isn't doing their job properly. I'm only writing this honestly because if this was my investment i would really want to know why you're not at rental capacity and therefore losing money, i would want to know the truth. PS: I don't need to be contacted by anyone from the vintage blackman office about this review because i already know what I'm going to be told.

Vintage Blackman is a great place to call home. I love everything about the exterior look and the interior look and layout. The hardwood floors and granite counter tops are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. It's a quiet community with great amenities, and the valet trash service is an amazing feature. I definitely recommend Vintage Blackman Apartments!
