Great community and location! The apartment is gorgeous and very spacious. The amenities are a great addition and having a loyalty program is a cool idea

I love living here. The apartments are so nice and spacious, it’s walking distance from a lot of businesses, the staff is great, the amenities and fitness center are really nice.

It’s really good people is nice and we love everything. We haven’t have a problem at all and we feel comfortable at any time of the day. We just love it!

I enjoy the quietness of this place. All of the staff is very sweet and helpful. And the views from my apartment are stunning. The neighbors are all mostly nice

Apartments very nice and great management. All of the amenities are great also. The gym is very spacious and usually not too busy and has everything you need to workout.

Everything’s been great! Moved in and neighbors have been sweet. The whole process has been super smooth and clear, and have had no problems finding my way around the building. Also love the rooftop it’s pretty neat.

It’s a great place to living all the neighbors are friendly. It’s convenient to everything. Amenities are nice. Place is clean and staff are great!

I love it here! The apartment units are upscale and chic! I would definitely recommend this complex to others! It’s in a great area and close to so many fun things.

I like the community amenities and the office crew! The one major downside is that no one cleans up after their dogs outside. You have to watch where you’re walking in the parking lot just so you don’t step in dog poop on your way to your car.

I love living here. Office staff is great and maintenance is always pretty good at getting to us pretty quickly. I have neo had any problems here except one of the elevators is usually always out.

I love Vintage at the Avenue! The gym is nice and I love the elevator. I appreciate the staff here and love my experience! Valet trash is so awesome. Rooftops are a big plus.

The moving in process seemed a bit rushed and we were never given a proper tour of our apartment or the complex. The washer was broken and the house reaked of cat urine, along with it generally being dirty, there have been multiple issues we've noticed like blinds being broken, mysterious stains on appliances and around the house. It really does not seem like they walked thru the apartment or anything before moving us in. A bit disappointed, but I guess you get what you paid for.

Spacious apartment with tall ceilings! Walking distance to the avenue (shopping and dining)! Amazing amenities and kind staff! We have had no issues living here!

The vintage at the avenue is a great place. It is super nice and everyone here is great. If i could recommend any where to live it would be here.

This complex is in a prime location - very close to I-24 and surrounded by many shops and restaurants in The Avenue. Very nice, clean, stylish apartments with great amenities.

This complex has changed so much since I first moved in three years ago. The office staff is top tier and they are wonderful agents. The company that took ownership from the initial owners charge ambiguous miscellaneous fees, have changed platforms to access tenant services, and have been slow to address repairs and maintenance to the building and such. The elevators are continuously out of service, and the insect issue this year has been too much to tolerate. Some of the tenants and wonderful neighbors, some are likely diagnosed as unbalanced in some form. I can say that the leasing manager and office staff was very helpful with issues that occurred in this area. I’m disappointed but, hopefully, they will get this and understand the points to address.

Tuve muchos problemas en la unidad que me tocó y nunca me cambiaron de unidad. Eso me decepcionó mucho. No creo renovar contrato ! Además que está unidad es súper pequeña

We love the community. Our neighbors are all very nice and there's little to no noise. The location is great and they continue to add more and more things to do and places to eat.

I just moved in and everyone is so nice and welcoming! Anything that is wrong, is immediately fixed and they are so pet friendly here, and they’re workout area is one of the nicest I have seen for an apartment. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Not kind at all They are the worst Thats why i’m moving out of here!!!! Not rrspectful and the staff is not gentle ever with me !!!! Dont move

Overall great community ! Only downside when you live here, is the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors above you and people walking past outside. Other than that, it’s a good place to live. In my opinion, one of the best Apartments in Murfreesboro in terms of layout, quality, and cost.

We absolutely love it here. The location is great. So much to do and you can walk to everything. The community is quite and the residents are so nice.

First apartment and no complaints. I can barley hear the neighbors or any one above me . I have had 0 issues with any of the staff or anyone else in the apartment.

So far so good . I have not fully moved in yet but so far from what I can tell it’s going to be a nice place to live. The amenities are really nice .

I love the community and there's a lot of updates happening right now that will make the property look amazing. The location is perfect. Lots of new restaurants and shops.

It should not have taken over 35 days to get me approved for these apartments, management took me through every loop to try to approve my income, when I have 3 successful business that were more than enough to cover the rent. Communication between everyone in the office was not clear. I asked on multiple occasions to get a video tour of my apartment because I am traveling 3 hours to move and I count even see what I was moving into. I’ve been expected to pick up my keys on 8/1/24 and told a staff member, her response was that she won’t be working here and someone else would have to get my move in ready. Since I have paid, I still haven’t heard anything from the complex nor know what the apartment looks like….. I move in next week so I’ll have more to say then. But getting approved here should have not been this stressful! They act like the president stays here.

Great place to live and management is very nice. Any issues I’ve brought to their attention has gotten taken care of in a timely manner. All of the residents I’ve come across are all extremely friendly as well.

A decent place to live. Convenient location to shopping and restaurant’s. The staff is friendly and willing to provide assistance when you ask.

Cute convenient and friendly residents and staff. Needs a little cleaning of the carpets in the hallways and update on the outdoor patio sets but overall great place to stay.

Terrible property upkeep . Walls are chipped, scratched and stripped. Hallways are filthy. Carpets in hallways are filled with oil stains, dirt, and grime

Whoever cleaned the apartment when we moved in never "cleaned" the floors. They may have swept them, but our fee were black within an hour of walking around the kitchen/living room area. That is the reason for the 4 star. Jessica is wonderful, the location is good as there is a lot amenities around us. The apartment is nice, the neighbors are nice, we are getting to meet them slowly. Parking is good, the pool area is nice but could use some improvements. The elevator is handy as heck, especially living on the upper floors.

I enjoy how quiet these apartments are . You cant hear the neighbors and they are very nice . The amenities are top tier including a dog grooming room for bigger dogs who are struggle in the bathtub.

The the community. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. So many places to eat and to shop. My kids love walking over to the Avenue. Just a great place.

I am gonna be honest and just say the energy and vibes are completely different after you move in and before you move in, and that goes for the leasing office and just everything. It may seem like all glitz and glamour but after awhile it is always something. For example the plumbing is a huge issue, and appliances as well.

Love the apartment but it’s June and the pool isn’t open and the gym equipment is always broken and that was on of the main reasons we chose to live here so that is a major let down. Also no one cleans up after there dogs so there is dog poop everywhere including the sidewalks. Also two of the three elevators in our building are broken and have been since about a week after move in so that’s a bit ridiculous.

Staff members are great! Everyone is nice and helpful Neighbors are friendly! Grounds and poll are kept clean! This complex is very well maintained

The experience that I have is Amazing. The location is near to.alot.of places.where I can walk to. The central location is what made me.fall in love with the property.

I love the apartment complex especially the location, and the staff. The issues I have is with some not all of the people that live here, and with some of the employees that are contracted to work here. Examples of that is the people that are supposed to fix the elevator take forever and the people that cut the grass will blow grass all over vehicles.

I love living here. I feel safe. It's a great neighborhood, awesome prompt maintenance and friendly caring staff. The apartments are very nice as well
