Management Unresponsive and Unavailable

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would have given. Management at this complex are not responsive and you can never reach them by phone. If you go to the office, they're often inside with a sign on the door that states that they're in a meeting until 4 PM. The issues with bed bugs and a serious roach infection goes unresolved. If you think the claims herein are false, try reaching management yourself. Good luck!

Resident Review

I have been here for 4 years and my experience has been not so good. This property is under its third property management. Here are some of the things I have experienced and still experiencing and nothing has been done. 1. My car tag was stolen off my car parked right in front of my door. I called the police and reported it to the office and nothing was done. 2. I called the office to report my bathroom tub was peeling simply because I choose to keep it clean and was told in order to have it repaired or sprayed I would have to pay for it. It is still peeling. 3. I constantly still have to smell marijuana/weed coming from my tenants above me and it give me a headache and I struggle with asthma, bronchitis and have a lung condition. I called the police to the resident and was told there was nothing they can do but I should report it to the office. I did that and the tenant is still smoking marijuana. 4. Our mail has been stolen from the mailboxes more time than we can count and had to go the post office to pick up our mail. How inconvenient has this become. 5. The kids constantly play with the breaker box turning off the power. Imagine if there are elderly in this complex on oxygen or people that work from home . 6. There is a crack in my bathroom window that looks like it is going to break any day now if they don't fix it. 7. They choose not to address or stop the people from smoking marijuana on the property, but they are quick to put green stickers on people cars and have them towed. How backwards is that. 8. The property is not kept so clean. The garbage dumpsters are aweful. It urks me to go to get in my car and see cigarette cartons on the ground, beer bottles, soda cans etc. I would move if I could afford to but the apartments everywhere now are so expensive and it makes it hard. Consider it very carefuly before moving in.

Tenants should have Rights

I’ve been living in here 4 months, my complaints to management was never solved, they will help the first week you move if any problems. I’m 51yrs old. I woke up Friday to a strong odor eliminating through my apt, called management to see if anyone could open windows to air out, then they advised me it was Bathroom Sealant but they couldn’t open windows because of Breakins so I was advised to Go Outside in the mist of rain until it leaves, well it’s Sunday and the Smell is still here which makes me sick to my stomach because it’s Hazardous... Welcome to Vineyards of Flatshoals!!!

These are some very nice apartment. I would tell anyone who looking for a place to try these apartments. Because of outside is nice and the inside is too with spacious rooms
