good so far, the apartments are quite and peacefult to live in. All the grocery stores are 5-10 min radius and costco is 15 mins. gym is quite small and most of the equipments are hard to adjust to different weights and position

Great place, service is nice, apartments are beautiful. Only negative is the gym equipment is old and broken machines have not gotten fixed in a few months. Pool is gorgeous and common area is nice too

Trying get back on your feet need something that’s not too expensive in a busy area this is for you. The only thing I don’t like is the lockers for packages. I have to pay $20 to access the lockers. And if they are full your package is left out on the floor.

The maintenance team is great, but the complex has trash, dog poop, and cigarette butts all over the place. The dog park is not maintained and one of the gates to it doesn’t close properly. I’ve also had a package stolen from my front door, and several issues getting packages in general with them saying they were delivered to the package locker, and somehow being put into the managers office… The apartment itself is a good value, lots of space and whenever there is a maintenance issue they show up promptly and fix it.

This company will tell you they waive fees and you aren’t charged for something then charge you for it. They rip off renters as much as possible.

They will rip you off! The place also looked nice on the tour but soon after moving in you notice the cockroaches and dog poop everywhere.
The property is very clean and quiet and the surrounding neighbors are nice.
I love living at Villas Tech Ridge. The leasing/office staff and maintenance team are excellent. They are always friendly, professional and helpful. I feel lucky to live in a quality community managed by such a great team.
I was unaware that Barnum and Bailey rented the apartment above me. As I understand it, they have as much right to make deafening noise by paying their rent as I have to my peace and quiet by paying mine. What's the answer? Surely management charged a pet fee for the idea that human pets shoving, stomping, yelling, and committing other heinous acts are causing ALOT of damage. Yet a small dog is worth a 700 pet fee plus monthly rent. From my experience, the pure neighborly disrespect running rampant in this community attests to the true values of this management team. This is a money friendly property not a person friendly property. If you can provide a dollar, you can live here. Times are tough so why are we making it tougher? The entire community is not at fault that you cannot control your little people. The banging, car booming, yelling, and refusal to respect your neighbors is truly an issue. No less the thefts, homeless population, and greed.

Villas Tech Ridge is a great apartment complex for a lower price than most competitors. The amenities are great and well-maintained. Leasing staff is also amazing especially Luis!

Luis and Alex were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure my move in was always on track. Luis walked my apartment with me to ensure everything was working and if I had any maintenance requests prior to move in. Always quick to respond to emails. The property is maintained very well as is the dog park. There is a speeding problem in the property with residents who seem to have no regard for almost running people over. The valet trash service is great. Thus far I haven’t had any issues with the parking policy. They made it very easy to register guests through an app to keep them from being towed and parking doesn’t seem to be an issue. The renovations in the apartment are great as well.

Awful apts at Villas Techridge Apartments in Pflugerville, Texas are unsafe. The assistant manager IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. The rent is TOO HIGH. The interior apartments are outdated and the fixtures are old; thin wall. The valet trash service is not honored and you are charged monthly. Security gates are always broken. High crime area and rising. Do not rent here.

The area is rapidly declining. I wouldn't move in today if given the option. Even if rent were to decrease I'll still plan on leaving ASAP.

Living here for 5yrs I have had no issues management takes care of any concerns and is willing to work with you if something arises. The apartment units are at excellent price and the amenities are on point. Love that we are so close to the city, manor, Elgin, rRound rock and Austin. If you have no transportation the big retail stores are at a walking distance. Is very convenient and a beautiful place to establish a home

We have been here for 5 years because we love the convenience of location and friendly staffs. Property is well maintained. The only small issue I have is the parking. It could take a while to find a parking spot sometimes.

The apartments are amazing. We've almost been there a year and haven't had any problems. The maintenance requests have been done in a timely manner. The only problem we have is cars get towed from here all the time! You must make sure your guests renew their pass on the website and if you can't find a different place for them to park for the night!!

This place is alright at best. I heard there was new management and i hope that helps the place improve. At least they're painting the place.

While I love my apartment, the office is horrible. My car is in the shop and I have a rental, I called the office THE DAY that I got my rental and asked what I needed to do in order to avoid getting towed (my girlfriends car had already been towed so I know how they love the towing of cars that don't have a sticker), the front office told me that all I needed to do is give them my rental car information and they would add it to my account. So that's what I did. Walked out this morning to go to work and guess where my car was not?!?! in the freaking parking lot...guess why?!!? Because it got towed. I called the office and spoke with the manager...she said they were not responsible for reimbursement of tow fees, I told her that was good because I am not looking to be reimbursed because I am not paying for anything. She said she would call the tow place to see what they could do about getting the car released and she would call me back. That was about 4 hours ago...I haven't heard from anyone. I called about an hour ago to check in and they said she was at lunch and would call me back....now no one is answering.
The property is nice enough; however upon move out office staff failed to deposit my check which after two years of disputes ended up in collections. They provided proof that the check was indeed in their possession but never bothered to actually deposit it and credit my account. The root cause is probably turn over among office staff.
I truly feel blessed to have found these apartments and be able to live here. The staff Johni and Clara are so kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Maintenance is wonderful and respectful,not creepy like some maintenance men I have encounter in the past, they always come quick if there is an issue that needs to be fixed.i would reccomend these apartments to anybody.
I have lived in Austin nearly 2 years now, and about 18 months in this apartment. The maintenance is very good they usually fill all orders within 24 hours or less. It is also a very spacious apartment with great floor layout options. Being new to Austin the price is really are sticker shock. So when my lease was up I thought I would look for somewhere cheaper to stay. After 3 weeks of searching high and low I could not find anything better for the price and size. There were a few with comparable prices but nothing worth the price it would cost to move there. All in all I love it here. It's very quiet and clean.
I have been staying at the Villas and one of the best things about my apartment is having laminate flooring, it looks just like hardwood and its so easy to clean. The apartment is very large compared to others around it and the quality of the amenities and appliances used are definitely great!
Every time I have a request to make from management, I get the quickest response. I have not had a request take longer than 2 days to fix.
this is my first time renting an apartment , well this is my first time living on my own. and i can say that this place is awesome the apartment has everything i wanted. granite counter tops, high ceilings, wood and tile flooring, big open windows. it Doesn't have stainless steel appliances though but they are new so i can live with that and a huge tub. some times i think its a dream i can afford to live in a place that's updated spacious and Conveniently close to everything I MEAN EVERYTHING!!!
