Property Ratings at Villas Sur La Riviere!
Beautiful apartments full of lies. Everything is painted over including the bathtubs so when you take a bath the paint peels. When you put your hand on the stairs rail or even clean the kitchen cabinets the paint peels. I had a leak in my ceiling and they halfway fixed it. Who knows of there's mold. Maintenence and the manager are super nice unless you actually need Maintenence then they will ignore your calls and emails. Hope you like that then move here!! P.s I'm disabled and I've been waiting for a wheelchair ramp since February Goodluck getting anything
I had to terminate my lease because of a leak that turned into water gushing out the ceiling.! I smell of wet mold and mildew was unbearable. And the new “renovations” are only paining over the mold, and putting concrete slabs in front of that moldy walls.
The "new renovations" consist of some cheap paint slapped on the walls and carpets barely cleaned. The office is almsot never reachable whether it be in person or on the phone. They have a major drug problem throughout the complex as well. Very small apartment considering how much they cost and maintenance does half assed work. Avoid this place at all costs.
The office staff is amazing. Tentative and eager to help. Maintenance is eager and over in a jiff. Loving the new renovations!
Roach infested, drug infested,crime ridden ! I tried to report to owners with no return response. They don’t care .
Run, don't walk away from these apartments. Maintenance is horrible. things never get fixed. If you have children please do not move here. My daughter was assaulted twice and plus there was a shooting right outside my door which caused bullet damage to my vehicle. Drugs run rapid throughout the complex. I would think long and hard about moving here. Apartment is not worth the price, trust me.
I am a resident here it's pet friendly and the staff is helpful like any other place you take the good with the bad, they do an awesome job!
I live here and the maintenance goes out of there way to make things right the management team goes above and beyond to help you if you need it all you have to do is ask.
