Worst apartment complex i ve ever seen. I explicitly asked management before moving if i would have a pest issue and the answer was “No”. I been killing roaches for the past month since i moved in. Can’t sleep properly since they are in my room. Can’t cook or leave my kitchenware since kitchen is filled with them, and was not able to focus on my remote work because they would climb in the walls. I requested different options to resolve the issue such as moving me to a different apartment, allowing me to break my lease, or even offer me a discount for the inconveniences i am going through… they took zero responsibility and said since i am the only one going through this, i should just keep getting pest treatment(which is included in rent) until it is resolved even if it lasts extra months. If only this was the only issue i ve faced, there are mice in the patio, clogged bath tub, leaking sink, and the list keeps going. I can understand the lack of desire to ensure the apt is in good condition before someone moves in, i can understand limited resources to solve the problems, but it is unacceptable to not take responsibility and not offer a middle ground that compensate my troubles… I absolutely do not recommend moving here!
"This apartment complex is completely uninhabitable due to a severe cockroach infestation. Despite efforts to keep the space clean, the roaches are everywhere—cabinets, walls, even appliances. This is a serious health and safety issue that needs immediate attention. Management must take responsibility and properly address this problem instead of ignoring tenant concerns. No one should have to live in these conditions."
I do regret signing another lease. Doesn’t deserve a single star. The maintenance is non existing, trash everywhere, dumpsters full and stink, breezeways filthy. It used to be better, never great but what can you expect for the price. I have lived here for over a year and the same sprinklers still broken, waste of water we pay. So, save yourself a headache and look for a better place to live.
Maintenance is nonexistent, CONSTANT hot water problems, over priced for how non Updated it is, no kid parks, parking nightmare as well and management changes probably every year just a MESS, can’t wait to get out

The apartment layout was perfect for one person and a dog, my neighbors were great, and I felt that this was a sort of "diamond in the rough" apartment complex. A little expensive for the size of the apartment, but it did come with a washer and dryer in the unit. To me, this was worth it.

It's still relatively inexpensive to live on this property, despite the sudden increase in rents, as opposed to other places in the surrounding area. Additionally, the maintenance team does their best to respond in a timely manner to fix any issue I have requested.
The were a few problems when I moved in. That could taint the whole excitement of having a new apartment.
If you like peace and quiet and a small complex, this the place.
It looks like a nice not to huge, dog friendly, convenient, quiet safe place to live.
The management is worst here. It changes a lot. They took my deposit, admin fee and application fee for the apartment that I never signed a lease. One of the lease agents promised me that they will give me the refund and then a month later, the management changed and they are very irresponsive and are trying to take my money. Moreover, the apartments are old and kitchen cupboards are in the worst condition which they are trying to cover with white paints. Parking is worst. Don't live here.
Cars are being towed constantly. Spoke to a person who had their car towed and it was parked in the visitor's parking space. Stay away.
if I could rate this place any less, I would. Do not live here. this place is a waste of money and time. Staff is useless and doesn't respond to emails, phone calls or anything.
The apartments are excellent anf the neighborhood is peaceful. We did have a few snags in the move in the apartment was not toatally cleaned but the office took care of us for the time we took to clean it and recompensated on rent. So far excellent experience
Worse management ever rude people , am a resident there , girl in the office called the towing company to tow my car and truck in the middle of the day without any yellow tags or warnings to make commissions , went to office to get an explanation they called police on me . Police thought they were wrong and advices me to follow claim against them. Truck were damaged due to careless towing. Never choose to live here again
