Personal Mini Homes

These unique apartment homes are not your typical apartments but more like mini homes, although inside there is plenty of space. Every unit comes with individual small patio/backyard, small enough to maintain and even start a garden. You also get 2 covered parking spaces in front of each unit, which is so convenient when you have groceries to lug in. Common areas include a pool, small dog park, gym, and a room for parties. There are just enough units here to provide a community feel and know your neighbors. The surrounding neighborhood has beautiful homes, a preschool, elementary, junior high school, and an aquatic center in walking distance. There are also eateries and shopping close by.
