Villas at Towngate

I’m not sure if we should still lease on this place! We submitted our application 2 weeks ago and paid the holding fee and were told everything is okay. The leasing agent (I will not name her) is so unprofessional, she keep telling us she was just waiting on the manager to sign off and will send our packet right away. She told us the same BS 3 or 4 times for the last week, now we could not get ahold of anyone from the office! This is very upsetting!!! We plan on moving in next week and there’s no update or anything in our application. If this is the kind of management I will have to deal with when we start living here, I should think it over again whether to lease with this apartment or not! I’m just so frustrated with this unprofessional people! Very disappointed with how they do business!

I am quite content living here. The surroundings are nice, and it's so close to everything I could possibly need. Management has been most helpful and kind. What more could I ask for?

Beautiful place to live thus far. Love the location and feel of my place. As a single person I feel very safe. Plenty of automatic lights come on at night.

Love the community and all office staff and maintenance staff everyone is always so nice and welcoming

The villas at town gate have provided a good space and community for residents. I enjoy the Gates community along with the low noise and activity level.

My experience at Villas at Towngate has been pleasant. The apartment is spacious, the amenities are top rate, the community is well balanced. I have been here 9 months and I have enjoyed my experience. The issues I have are minimum and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to reside.

When I pull up to my apartment I feel good, looking at how beautiful they are, I also feel safe coming and going any time of night, I’m so happy I chose villas of towngate to live.

Villas at Towngate is in a good and convenient location. Close proximity to shopping, dining, and freeways. The units are spacious and have ample laundry rooms. Assigned parking is generous as well as overflow parking.

Wonderful apartment with a nice view, clean, quiet, and responds within normal time for any repair needed.Never had any issues with management staff. Everyone is respectful.Never had any issues with neighbors. Very private atmosphere.

Living here at Villas at Towngate its been good Experience

Although we have only lived here for almost 2 months we are very happy, not only with or unit but the whole apartment complex itself. Very calm and peaceful here.

I have requested the maintenance three times in the 9 months I've been a resident, The fast response to accommodate and correct the issues is amazing. Professional service. The maintenance team, and Office management are amazing. Thank you, sincerely.

The Villas are on a very pretty site, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff to keep it that way. It was the good looking complex and the nearness to several places that I shop and my gym that made being here a no brainer.

This is a wonderful place and I suggest anyone who is starting off to venture out on their own than this is the place to start.

Find a different place. Loud and smells like marijuana all the time. Not worth the rent

All staff members are great to work work. Crystal and Maria are the two I spoke with the most. Professional, kind, and patient with concerns and questions.

The Villas at Towngate is a excellent place to live. The leasing department staff is very good and meet your needs. Location is good. Near grocery's stores, gas stations, park, medical, car repair shops and car wash.

This place looks nice but staff are unhelpful. Pre COVID maintenance requests are ignored. Parking is horrible and staff refuse to do anything about it. Homeless people constantly in stairwells making me feel unsafe

Villas at Towngate is a community that I have enjoyed residing. It is in a prime location of the City of Moreno Valley being on the border of Riverside and very freeway close.

The Villas is a nice place to live and i love my apt and the surroundings and i feel safe.

The villas at towngate staff and management is very unprofessional, I was dealing with a major plumbing issue in which was sewer coming through my bathtub which kept occurring after being told It wouldnt come back it had a strong smell that gave me and my kids head ache and also I told it is a disadvantage of living on the first floor. Manager never contacted me to see how everything was going and they sent out 4 different plumbers to try to resolve the issue and it didnt work until the 5th time which was the week of thanksgiving. From November 5th to November 21 I dealt with the issue.

My apartment, the location of my apartment in the complex, parking, and low noise have all been a great asset to living here at the Villas at Towngate. Not to mention the close proximity to freeways, shopping, dining - it has been a good experience for me so far.

Since arriving at the Villas it has been a great experience and their staff is awesome. I recommend that you give these wonderful people a chance and they will make you feel at home

The Villas is an ok place to live but recently the type of residence that are coming on board should be screened properly and limit the amount of people that can live in one apartment. The living conditions could needs to be improved and honestly for the amount of money it cost to live at Villass management, maintenance and the building conditions is to overpriced for what you will get here.

Its nice place to live very quiet most of time, very expensive shopping mall is in walking distance surrounding by every restaurants.

Worse community in Moreno Valley. Staff is horrible

The property is beautiful but that is the only good thing. The lease written is solely for the benefit of the Villas. They do not honor the lease in benefit of the tenant. When I complained about the noise from another resident, which had kept my family from homework and sleep, manangement seriously told me to buy earplugs. I can't open my windows or use my patio due to marajuana smoke and my child has asthma . The lease clearly outlines this issue but Kelly in the front office said it's legal and you can't prove the smell is entering your apartment. They will not move me to a new apartment unless I cover ALL the costs. They will not discount the rent for the inconvenience and they won't let me out of my lease. Kelly even told me it's my choice to leave but they will start legal proceedings if I leave without fulfilling the rent for the term of the lease. I have filed numberous complaints about it attempt to resolve the issues but management does nothing. This place is horrible. Don't let the face lift fool you. It’s nice to live where it's pretty but that only goes so far if you can't relax when you get home.

We've lived here about 4 months and have really enjoyed how well kept it is. The one issue I have with it is the pedestrian gate and the car gate have been broken for a little while, which kind of lessens the purpose of the gated community. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are nice, and the in-unit washer and dryer and are a huge plus.

This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. High ceilings and crown molding and oversized bathrooms give this an added bonus, along with the laundry room/storage. BBQ's by the pool and monthly treats for families and children offered by the management team surely make anyone feel welcome. shopping and entertainment is nearby, yet it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. La Sierra and Cal Baptist University and UCR, Palm Springs and Morongo are just minutes away.
