Needs a lot of repair outside walkway cracked and falling apart. stove in apartment deplorable works but disgusting under burners from previous tenant. Rug disgusting needs to be replaced. stucco falling off walls in multiple places. refridge needs to be replaced. Fire alarm goes off 5 times in 4 years here in the middle of night. patio has no flowers or shrubs just ugly weeds

Villas of Old Concord are very nice apartments. I have lived here for 3 years. Location is convenient to the highway. The maintenance crew is very good too. The only complaint I have is the dumpster area, people are leaving their furniture and their trash bags on the ground. It is nasty some days. I don't why people can't follow the rules.

I have lived her since 2021. My experience has been very positive. I love the location and my apartment. The staff is very helpful too. The maintenance guys are very good. It doesn't take them long to respond to service calls. I wish they would have some events that we could meet people from our complex. I did not know anyone.

Awful place to live right now. Over priced rent with now upkeep. Loud tenants who have made a mess of things! Electricity was outrageous as well. No responsibility by the company. Lots of police activity. Lots of drug use.

after a nightmare experience elsewhere, moving to Villas at Old Concord has been great. the apartment feels new and homey. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is very responsive.

The building really needs to be taken care of better. From April to November our elevator didn't work. The door to the building is broken therefore always unlocked. The staff in the office are great! They are always helpful.

This is our first week here and so far so good! There a couple little things I wish would have been fixed before our move in but other than that it’s been enjoyable. The toilets were both brown and yucky inside and should’ve been cleaned prior to letting anyone move in. One mean neighbor but every apartment has some tough neighbors. The flooring and counters are beautiful though!

First day in the house with two toddlers without a functional stove. The stove would turn on but the burners remained cold. I drove to leasing office and informed them. The lady at the front desk told me to put in a work order????. First day on the premises we are talking work orders. Seriously. And it’s day 3, no one has come to fix the stove.

I would’ve rated it 5 stars except the elevator has been breaking down for weeks on end…so frustrating! The staff is very attentive as are the maintenance staff .The grounds are ver pretty and are kept tidy & clean .
Beautiful apartments, wonderful pool area and great clubhouse! The crews are diligent and respectful. They are pricey but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for.
The environment is good. quite neighborhood and the services at residence are extremely good. I don't regret to have joined the community and i hope to enjoy more during my stay.

Link is such an awesome leasing agent. Any question you have or anything you need he is the man!!! The complex itself is nice and generally pretty clean. Some problems with the elevators breaking frequently and the cleanliness of the pool(lifeguards take care of the pool I think). But overall a great place to live.

Well, I don’t know if I were lucky, but I didn’t find anything to complain about living here. I rented a renovated apartment at build 4, first floor. I had no problem with noisy neighbors. The community was always clean, with the exception of rarely accidents caused by tenants, but the cleaning staff does a good job. I also liked the landscape company. The office people were tremendously helpful and nice to me every time I had questions.

Villas at old concord has been a very nice and quiet place to live at thus far. The grounds are always taken care of and maintenance is professional and always readily available to help when needed. The front office is quick to address issues and the community has been lovely.
