Villas at Old Concord

I don't have much feedback as everything has been less than subpar over the past year

I have been here for many years it’s my home and I love it. The staff and maintenance are like family always willing to help

It's a very nice place to live. My apartment before this was brand new. Everything was breaking there were leaks. This place I've had no problems it was built better

Villas of Old Concord are very nice apartments. I have lived here for 3 years. Location is convenient to the highway. The maintenance crew is very good too. The only complaint I have is the dumpster area, people are leaving their furniture and their trash bags on the ground. It is nasty some days. I don't why people can't follow the rules.

Great experience with Alyssa in the office. She made the entire process very easy and simple. Beautiful grounds and very nice units here. Very excited to move into my new home.

I think that this place is in a great location otherwise nothing special. The gym is small, packages aren’t the most secure, the pool is shallow, and staff is neutral.

This is our third year at Villas and we have been very happy here. If we have any problems, we have had a very quick response by the office and maintenance team.

It's good and safe place to live. The surroundings are beautiful. The amenities are also great. I really the gym and pool. Overall it's a wonderful place to live with family here.

I've been here for almost a year and I have no major complaints. Neighbors are wonderful knock on wood. Spacious apartment close to route 3,93 And 95.

I have lived her since 2021. My experience has been very positive. I love the location and my apartment. The staff is very helpful too. The maintenance guys are very good. It doesn't take them long to respond to service calls. I wish they would have some events that we could meet people from our complex. I did not know anyone.

We just moved in and absolutely love it here. So spacious and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! We really enjoy the quality of the room itself and the people have been so friendly!

Awful place to live right now. Over priced rent with now upkeep. Loud tenants who have made a mess of things! Electricity was outrageous as well. No responsibility by the company. Lots of police activity. Lots of drug use.

Great experience moving in, accommodating with the moving truck and car trailer made it stress free and easy. Very nice property and well maintained.

after a nightmare experience elsewhere, moving to Villas at Old Concord has been great. the apartment feels new and homey. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is very responsive.

The building really needs to be taken care of better. From April to November our elevator didn't work. The door to the building is broken therefore always unlocked. The staff in the office are great! They are always helpful.

Everyone is so nice here! Only been here a short time, but overall enjoying it! The new renovated apartments are a perfect size for a young couple!

This is our first week here and so far so good! There a couple little things I wish would have been fixed before our move in but other than that it’s been enjoyable. The toilets were both brown and yucky inside and should’ve been cleaned prior to letting anyone move in. One mean neighbor but every apartment has some tough neighbors. The flooring and counters are beautiful though!

Always smiling staff , and great maintenance they are always there when we need them ,,very beautiful neighborhood and quiet I enjoy going out for a walk

Compared to my last apartment place that was a complete nightmare, this place is great! It’s very well taken care of and the staff is super nice!

My fiancée and I have lived here for over 1year and love the complex. Maintenance stays on top of their requests and the amenities are great! Plenty of space for everyone in common areas too.

I was very nervous to move into an apartment again, let alone a new state. I have to say that I have no regrets. The Villas are very well maintained and have very friendly staff.

Apartment is great. Location is convenient. The staff is very helpful. The amenities are pretty good. I wish they had a game room or a place where we could see movies and meet our neighbors. A causal sitting room.

First day in the house with two toddlers without a functional stove. The stove would turn on but the burners remained cold. I drove to leasing office and informed them. The lady at the front desk told me to put in a work order????. First day on the premises we are talking work orders. Seriously. And it’s day 3, no one has come to fix the stove.

Like it so far! Safe .. maintence takes a bit sometimes but other than that the apartments are nice .. clean and dog friendly …. We have enjoyed the stay

Am a new resident joining the community soon. So far the hospitality is great and all the staff are friendly. They give guidance on every step.

I would’ve rated it 5 stars except the elevator has been breaking down for weeks on end…so frustrating! The staff is very attentive as are the maintenance staff .The grounds are ver pretty and are kept tidy & clean .

Beautiful apartments, wonderful pool area and great clubhouse! The crews are diligent and respectful. They are pricey but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for.

The environment is good. quite neighborhood and the services at residence are extremely good. I don't regret to have joined the community and i hope to enjoy more during my stay.

My experience at The Villas of old Concord has been very positive. I am starting my 3rd year and I am very happy with my apartment. The staff is very nice. I love the location to stores and other activities that I do.

Link is such an awesome leasing agent. Any question you have or anything you need he is the man!!! The complex itself is nice and generally pretty clean. Some problems with the elevators breaking frequently and the cleanliness of the pool(lifeguards take care of the pool I think). But overall a great place to live.

Love living at the Villa's - people are friendly. leasing staff are always ready and willing to do whatever you need to get done and maintenance staff are always there as quickly as possible and with a smile!

Great property with nice amenities. Elevator is currently broken, which has been rough to get up stairs. The road to the complex is also not maintained well.

It is great so far and neighbors are friendly. We having a easy transition to the location. Thanks to management who validate each and every aspect of the move in.

Well, I don’t know if I were lucky, but I didn’t find anything to complain about living here. I rented a renovated apartment at build 4, first floor. I had no problem with noisy neighbors. The community was always clean, with the exception of rarely accidents caused by tenants, but the cleaning staff does a good job. I also liked the landscape company. The office people were tremendously helpful and nice to me every time I had questions.

Villas at old concord has been a very nice and quiet place to live at thus far. The grounds are always taken care of and maintenance is professional and always readily available to help when needed. The front office is quick to address issues and the community has been lovely.

Very friendly and flexible staff. Leasing staff answered all my questions and was very responsive and attentive. Amenities are great with a huge clubhouse and clean swimming pool.

We absolutely love everything about living here! The staff is available all the time, the accommodations are perfect (pool, gym, etc.). And it is in a great location, so close to many places and things to do!

Few bumps in the moving process, but overall it's been great! They have fixed any service request I make within the week, I appreciate the staff working here.

Overall it is a nice area with good amenities. For the price, it is a great place to live. There are some areas that could be improved, but it is all minor aesthetic things.

Unfortunately, the Villas aren't what they were when I moved in almost three years ago. The grounds are not as well cared for and the customer service is not as great. This decline is disappointing, particularly as my rent has gone up more than 25% since I moved in.
