We’ve lived here for 1 year and a half and can’t wait to leave. The manager Sandra is the worst and most unprofessional apartment manager I have ever met. While speaking with her about a complaint she interrupted me twice to take a personal phone call and motioned for me to step out of her office. I waited 10 minutes for her to discuss her home remodeling. Afterward she had an attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered. She has a bad reputation in this apartment complex and god forbid you ever have an issue to speak to her about. Before you can even speak to her the front office staff needs your name, apartment number and the reason for your visit before she will even see you. There have been a lot of car break ins but the front gate is always broken and left open for anyone to come and go as they please. The parking here is always full. If you leave after 8pm, expect to park far away. The compactor is always breaking and the trash piles up. During these times they tell the valet trash service not to pick up your trash but they do not credot you any of those days since it is a monthly fee included in your rent. There is also a weird pest control issue with silverfish. Since we moved in we have seen them around the air vents mostly which leads me to believe there is an issue with moisture somewhere. They say there is a courtesy officer here but I have never seen one. I once called the emergency courtesy officer and no one ever responded and the issue was never resolved. I know from other neighbors that have moved out that they will add bogus charges even if you clean your apartment and professionally clean your carpet in amount less of $380.00 - $800.00 on average. For the price of these apartments in the Medical Center you can get better quality, security, and professional management else where.

The Villas at Medical Center appears very nice. The units are all nicely maintained, abundant parking spots are available, and the rent is a reasonable price. But their MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST and they are so DIFFICULT. We were charged a total of $800 upon moving out for absolutely ridiculous things. We had the unit professionally cleaned and returned the unit in the EXACT condition we received it in, if not better-- yet they still found random things to charge us on. We spent 2 months after moving out questioning why we were charged so much but management took over a month to get back to us and also failed to provide sufficient reasoning for why we were being charged. I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. Please do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.

Got same experience like some mentioned here. They sent me $400 after I moved out. Rediculas.. I cleaned apartment pretty well but they just said thr were some marks on wall, carpet ..bla bla bla... I will not recommend anyone here.

I got MILITARY ORDERS TO PCS and had to terminate my lease early. They kept losing my orders. The office staff are clueless! Even on the day of move out the office manager had no clue I was moving out and couldn't find it in my file. Every time I came in there to talk about my orders and early termination the staff could not answer any questions. They took my entire $300 deposit and claim I owe them an additional $44. I had a carpet fee which I expected because I didn't clean the carpet. The cost to have the carpet cleaned was the same charge as the complex so I had them take it out of my deposit. i had an expected exterminator fee of $50 which is written in the lease for dogs. They ripped me off of the rest of my deposit claiming they needed to clean my apartment for $100 and repaint the entire apartment for $65 due to "scuffs." They sent me pictures of 3 small scuff that cost $65. In my inventory I reported some black marks and scuffs already but they charged ME to repaint the walls. They also sent me a picture of my "filthy" apartment that they had to clean....the dirty edge of the washer and stain in the dishwasher which resulted in the $100 clean up fee. My apartment needed a spot cleaning AT MOST. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Carpet; $90 Clean up fee: $100 Paint walls: $65 Exterminator fee: $50 Water bill for last 2 months: $43

Office team is good and helping. Apartments are fine not very good. Worst is maintenance. It sometime takes 4-5 days just for small things.

The area is very nice and so are the neighbors. Maintenance is very quick to respond, however every summer I had to submit multiple requests for my A/C unit. My number one complaint is the management of this complex, I was a tenant for 4 years and have had numerous problems with management including losing my package but more importantly I had the worst move out experience ever. If you do decide to move here make sure to turn on all of the lights and note every detail you see that will cause you to not get your deposit back, this complex is known for trying their hardest to keep your deposit and I didn't know that before moving out. In my opinion there are much nicer and newer apartments within a few blocks radius that you should consider. These apartments are old and haven't been renovated in many years, the most recent change was painting the exteriors.

All my neighbors seem nice. The office is always nice when I call. Parking is not a problem like my last place.

very clean beautiful apartments the best in the area hands Down. Dog park is a plus and the amenities are well taken care of.Staff is friendly and helpful and very prompt. Huge decks & yards. MAINTENANCE gets everything done within 24, usually esame day. Can be noisy since its across the hospital And having only ONE dumpster for the entire complex is a pain
