I recently moved after 6 years of experiencing great customer service and awesome maintenance service. It was simply time for a change. We experienced one management change which remained the same superb service as the old management. The innovative technology to make payments and submit maintenance request is a plus for me. Management is very engaging and any violations to the community are absolutely addressed. We enjoyed our stay at the Villas but needed something more suitable for our new pet.

The location is great, somewhat quite, lots of people and families living here which is good to have neighbors. However these are built on top of each other so noise complaints are frequent. Our townhome has a lot of space, love the fact we get a garage and laundry room is downstairs having a park right across the street is very nice as well.

My husband moved us in 6 months before he passed away to get me all settled and comfortable. He couldn't have picked a more perfect spot for me. Location is perfect, love the three bedroom apartment with a yard for the dog and attached garage. The staff is friendly always ready to help in any way. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. The apartment is quiet, hardly ever hear the folks above me. Having sold our home to move here, it has become home. The only thing I would like to see is the replacement of windows that have lost their seal; and or the windows washed on the outside.

They advertise themselves as a luxury community when in reality it’s just a decent older complex that has some cosmetic updates which were not always properly done (i.e. painting the exterior without properly prepping the area prior so you have things like a painted wasp nest, you can tell where the patios were prior to converting to yards, nice club house (closed due to COVID) but the gazebo is falling apart) 1. Pros: location, sub metered water, quiet complex (outside), some first floor apartments have a small yard, valet trash (although they don’t always come) 2. Cons: noise from upstairs neighbors just moving about (just normal walking - it’s like it vibrates and echoes between the floors), maintenance is just awful about contacting prior to showing up at your apartment (in part seems to be due to a language barrier) and repairs are not done properly (I had a crack in my tub over the summer - had to find some place else to stay for 3 days while they repaired and time for it to seal and the crack came back a couple months ago but they put repair “on hold” until I move out over a month from now. Recently my fridge started acting up running super cold where it is freezing the contents even if you lower the temp and their solution was to order a new one but it wouldn’t arrive for at least 2 weeks but no solution for the mean time as I can’t even have a bowl of cereal without first defrosting the milk first.

I love the location of these apartments! Really close to everything I need but still has a quiet community feel. The finish outs in my unit are really nice, and the property itself is well maintained. The staff here are fantastic, especially Sutton! She made the move in process so smooth for me and has been nothing but helpful! Definitely recommend living here.

I would not recommend living here to anyone I know. Really bad complex that charges way too much and has a lot of hidden fees. They try to look like a nice complex, but it really isn't. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful, but most of the time you can barely get in contact with the office, and when you do they aren't very helpful. Oh, and if you do live here don't expect to get any of your mail or packages.
Don’t even consider living here! My boyfriend moved in around September. I was suppose to follow when my lease was up but have decided to stay in my apartment so we can have a place that people can come over and not be embarrassed of the filth and trash all of the property. Who puts dumpsters and port-a-potties in front of a dog park?! The office staff is a joke. They would prefer you move out so they can re lease your apartment for more money. Resident retention doesn’t exist here. They are extremely nice to you when you move in though and they collect their commission! After that, they won’t even acknowledge you if there is a prospective resident their looking to lease. Also, if you live here and start to feel sick, just take a screw driver and open up your vents.. you will find MOLD all in them. This is not a gated community. The gates are never working properly.. just FYI!
I lived here for an year between March 2017 and March 2018. I moved out only because I got a really good deal at another apartment that I could not have let go, but I must say Villas at Legacy was a great stay for us and any maintenance request was attended to within 24 hours and in rare cases in 48 hours. They always had the intent to get things fixed and listened to the problems. I also loved the guys working in the office. They always had a great, warm and welcoming smile and spoke to you like friends rather than just deal with you in a transactional manner. If I could have afforded it to stay back, I would have. It is also very close to a bunch of shopping malls and movie theaters. My kid went to Haun elementary school which is a great school as well. Robinson Middle School is also rated highly. Right next to the apartments is the Legacy Trail with a lake all along the 1.5 mile length of the trail. So no excuses for not using it to become healthy, whether you walk or jog or bike. All things equal, I would rate Villas at Legacy at least two notches above where I am currently living w.r.to the promptness of maintenance.
It’s a surprisingly quiet community located in an awesome area! They’re just minutes away from Shops of Legacy! The apartments are cozy and have amazing sized kitchens and bathrooms, all recently renovated. The leasing staff is amazing! They try to accommodate you in any situation. I just moved in and love it already!

I have been living here at the Legacy for about 4 months, my experience with the complex has been great thus far. Moving from another state was a big hassle with 3 kids. Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get things set-up for my move-in. I had to change my move date several times for different personal reasons and they worked with me the whole way through. I was very caught off guard from my electric bill. Sam the front office manger,personal came out to my apartment and help me understand how things was affecting my bill and looked into other things just make sure nothing was wrong with the AC unit. Jannette the assistant manger has always followed up with me on request that I have put in. To make sure they have been completed. She is very nice, she always speaks when I see her around the complex and my kids think she is very nice as she speaks to them and talks to them as well. I am very happy with my apartment. I have no complaints. I think all complex have issues. I feel that you are treated how you treat others. I would recommend this complex if you have kids and looking nice neighborhood with great schools.

I want to preface this by noting that I am not writing this review out of anger. I am writing this review so that you aren't sucked in by what looks like a great place to live. Noise: The walls and ceilings are pretty thin, I can hear my next door neighbors arguing and can hear the tap dancers above me. Grounds: From the outside, this place actually looks pretty good. The new paint job is nice. Safety: Quite a few spots that are very poorly lit, but aside from that, it isn't terrible. Neighborhood: This is why people come here. The schools are great. You close enough to everything that you don't have to drive more than 10 minutes to get what you need, and you are just far enough away that you aren't overwhelmed by traffic and noise. Maintenance: If I could give a zero, I would. (More below) Staff: Danya is the only reason I'm satisfied with leaving one star and not zero. I am a few months into my second lease here, and I wish I hadn't made that mistake. To be honest, I am paying $1900 for a $1500 apartment in an $1800 neighborhood. The only good thing I can say about the staff is that Danya is seriously awesome. She has helped me keep my sanity while I work through my countless negative experiences - but those are stories for another day. The maintenance is a joke. I've got a handful of maintenance requests right now that haven't been resolved for right around two weeks - and this isn't the first time. Sure, I have granite countertops and (faux) wood floors, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I have drawers that stick, cabinets that are crooked, a dishwasher that leaks, a fridge that screams at me, and nobody to come fix the issues. I pay $7 for a pest fee and the guy hasn't come out to spray even though I've asked twice. I dealt with a leak/mold issue for ~8 months that was only resolved by transferring apartments. The list goes on and on. I've tried to stick it out through the management change and the upgrades, and while it looks nicer, it still runs just as terribly as it did before. All in all, I am not happy, and probably will be until the end of my lease, since that is what I've come to expect. For anyone in management reading this that would like to hear more, my name is Charles. You can ask Danya for my info.
This is a nice, quiet place to live. The outaide of the apartments are well-kept, and the pool& gym on premesis are not the nicest or newest, but they're clean. The biggest problem with the apartment complex is maitencence. Maitencence requests are not always met quickly ... But overall the job gets done, even if it takes a month & 3 requests. After living here for almost 3 years there have been no major issues, it's a nice place to live and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves.
