Property Ratings at Villas at Dolphin Bay Apartments
Beware when you decide to leave this place. Despite the fact that I gave them my forwarding address twice, they never gave me a final bill. Instead, they sent the debt to a collections agency, who also never sent me a bill. Now, I have a ding on my credit report, when the whole thing could have been resolved with an itemized bill sent in the USPS mail. Just know that when you leave, do not expect a final invoice. Parking can be difficult some nights. The apartment was spacious.

I'm looking to move, as these are luxury apartments, and I need to find something more affordable for me. But they are nice, with many amenities.
It is well insulated, large bedrooms and great view of the mountains!
