Villagio Villagio is a beautiful community in North Natomas. Amany was our leasing agent and was super nice and knowledgeable about all of the wonderful apartment and community features. Amany was provided excellent customer service and provided great resources to support our move which was over and beyond what we expected. We are so excited to become Villagio residents!

Lucy was extremely helpful! After loading and adding detergent I realized my washer wasn’t working. Although it wasn’t an emergency Lucy had maintenance come right away I had to go to work in a few hours so I was elated. The maintenance person was very helpful as well. After being told my thermostat was working correctly and it wasn’t. He fixed it and I was able to have heat after a week of freezing. Very happy with service received.

Just ok Lived at Villagio for almost 3 years and I’ve had a few issues from move in to currently. Community and surrounding area is changing for the worse (homelessness, crime/car break ins, and trash). Tried talking to property manager and they had property manager call despite me saying my issue was with property staff. Additionally, rent always increases a/o any improvements to property, hidden fees added to rent, and and minimal amenities in comparison to property across the street. Will be moving at the end of my lease.

Look here 1 st I am really taking the time to do this review to let others know just how amazing this property is not only are the apartment spacious clean, trim everywhere stainless steel equipment, huge washer and dryers granite top counters microwave over stove. It is definitely top-notch and well worth the money the ladies that are in the office are very, very nice polite and Answers all your questions I had to move in as quick as possible, and they were able to get me in in three days so they will work hard to accommodate any needs that you might have property has been clean every day no trash nowhere no dirty messes anywhere very very quiet complex so if you're looking for all of these types of things, then look no further start here and you will most definitely have to look no further.

I love my new home. So first I'd like to say that I love my new home. I have the one bedroom and one bath. This apartment is so spacious for little me. Amany did such a great job to get me in my new home. She worked non-stop on my paper work, called me everyday and was very professional pluls kind to me. I felt like she cared about me being completely satisfied with making Villagio my home. I got everything i asked for (garage move-in special) lol. Lucy was also very patient with me to help me understand my rent payment plus the move-in special lol. Im so grateful for how kind they both were to me. Keep up the great work ladies. Nice Place I have been a tenant for almost a year. I havent had any major issues. Management has been good with addressing any concerns that come up. Overall, I am happy here.

lived here for a year. awful management that does not care. car break ins every few months. my car got its window smashed (with nothing in it to begin with) and management did not help at all, saying i’m parking in the complex at my own risk. what do I pay thousands of dollars per month for?? maintenance staff doesnt show up for anything but emergencies, but when they do show up they do a good job. outer gates are easily jerked open, or completely unlocked. Had to park out front or on the street of the complex because parking SUCKS. Cars get broken into on just about every major holiday. construction noises are common and very loud. DO NOT LIVE HERE. there are so many better options.

Unresponsive, manager is deceitful, staff is lazy and usually don’t respond until two weeks later. Crime rate is up. Have gates but always broke. Homeless people be in the trash bins day and night. Dog “mess” everywhere.

High crime! Car Thieves!! Not safe! I have been living here only 5 months. Within 1 month my Catalytic converter has been stolen, boyfriends Jeep bar light has been stolen. I hear continuous crime on this street and I’m sure the surrounding area. This has been reported to Villagio but nothing has been done about it. Its happening on property and within the surrounding area of complex. No security in or around. We witnessed a tenant talk about how he seen his own car get stolen from inside the apartment complex. What a nightmare!! Why is nothing being done about this!!

Final Review: Do Not Rent Here, Its really BAD (Breakins, Mold, Subpar staff)! Started out a little rocky, with multiple peoples involvement in the application approval process. Moved past that and have had my garage door broken at least 5 times. This led to me parking my vehicle directly in front of my garage because physically I couldn't keep pushing up the garage door to park my car (bad back). As a result my car got BROKEN into and they removed everything from seat covers to phone mound, to car registration, and chargers. I informed the staff who asked ME why I CHOSE to keep my car unlocked ( I DIDN'T keep my car unlocked). I had 2 different cameras directly above my garage and they informed me they could not give me any evidence as neither camera was facing my car … shockingly doubtful. Next, my AC unit broke down, maintenance staff came and scooped ice from it. The obvious flooding led to what I suspected was MOLD in the HVAC system. I informed the maintenance staff of this and they said there was no mold. I kept suspecting mold because of my heightened allergic reactions every time I stayed home. I finally paid for a professional mold inspection ($$) and lab results confirmed there are 3 different mold types in the HVAC system. I informed the maintenance and a supervisor came and looked at it and told me it was RUST! I sent them the professional, unbiased lab results and normally an apartment unit would move you to a new unit temporarily and clean out the mold, but they have chosen to JUST IGNORE THE PROBLEM. Its been days now and I've put myself in a hotel as I cannot keep ignoring my health for obvious reasons. I will be fighting them on this because at this point this is NEGLIGENCE. All in All, it has been a TERRIBLE experience and once all these issues are resolved i will be moving out. I advise anyone considering this place to spare themselves the stress. Not worth it at all.

If you're looking at apartments right now, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere!! 1. We've been living here for just over two weeks and the process to get into the place was EXTREMELY disorganized - you have 20 different employees trying to get your paperwork done and things were miscommunicated and what should've taken 4 days took weeks to get done. If you ever have an issue with anything, expect to call them multiple times to get it done - no sense of urgency or care it feels like. 2. Very VERY HIGH CRIME area!! As you read other reviews, you see about how the security here is non-existent - this is 100% true. Been keeping my eyes out for patrol and haven't seen them one time around. Only being in the apartment for a week, my BRAND NEW TRUCK got stolen while I was on vacation. Another car was stolen on the next day. Management says crime happens everywhere, which is true and I won't contest that, but after reading reviews from the previous year or two - this is STILL A HUGE ISSUE AND IT STILL HASN'T BEEN SOLVED!!! The only positive thing I can say are how BEAUTIFUL the apartment is. Walls are thin and you can hear neighbors but otherwise this was the EXACT apartment my girlfriend and I were looking for. Location is nice too. However, with dysfunctional management and the high crime - you best be seeking other options as it WILL ONLY GET WORSE with the lack of care from management and security here. Not worth it - we will be "one and done" after this lease.

I moved into this apartment community a few months ago and up until recently, I've had a pretty good experience. Karen gave me a tour of the community and as we were walking back towards the office, being that the unit that I planned on moving into was a 2nd floor unit, I specifically asked if they receive lots of complaints from tenants who might have an issue with the upstairs neighbor. I was told that they do not receive any complaints which is part of why I decided to move into this property. Everything was great up until a few weeks ago when I heard lots of banging sounds coming through the ceiling from the above apartment. I initially thought that perhaps maintenance was completing repairs but the noise went into next day and all night which I thought was odd so I reached out to Alan to find out what the noise was all about only to find out that a new 'disruptive' tenant had moved into the apartment above mine. I spoke with the tenant and they said that the noise was coming from them putting together ikea furniture. Alan informed me that they will speak to the tenant and will provide them with a verbal then a written warning. The noise and the disturbance from the tenant above my apartment has continued for weeks with loud noises throughout the evening and the pattern appears as though the tenants above are intentionally creating a disturbance due to the loud banging noises as though someone is either jumping up and down or dropping something heavy onto the floor multiple times in the evening and in the early hours of the morning. I spoke with Alan again about it today and to my surprise he said, "The tenant above has denied causing a disturbance (as though someone would admit that they are causing a disturbance) and it is my word against theirs (as though somehow I am making all of this up). Then he proceeded to say that I knew I was moving into a second floor apartment. Really? Ah okay, so I was aware that there would be noises coming from the above tenant and I just decided to sign a lease to be miserable for the next several months? When I didn't have this issue with the previous tenant. That means that you are aware of complaints by other tenants and I was knowingly lied to during the tour when I asked about noise complaints. Beware of this property. Instead of providing the tenants above my apartment with a written warning, as long as they deny causing a disturbance, the property won't do anything about it.

Serious cockroach problem. The number of roaches that come out at the pool after dark is apocalyptic! Also noticed several black widows on my porch and the apartment seems to be crumbling apart. Owners/ management need to take notice.

I was able to find out I was approved to rent the apartment on the same day and walked away very glad that I visited the complex. Having a decision upfront allowed me to ease my mind on the decision of the next place I would call home. I am looking forward to the walk in closets, the attached garage and their fitness center!

I am living here for last 1 year. It is an excellent apartment to live.

Our family fell in-love of the place even if it's kind of a rush decision. The people are nice and security is good, I would recommend it to everyone.
