New apartment for me but old to your company I’m sure you guys go through the townhouses when someone vacates. I love the townhouse however with both bathrooms upstairs I have had nothing but issues since I moved in. Would have liked to not have bathrooms issues so soon

Awaiting to call it home Staff was very warm and welcoming, Leasing Office was immaculate, looks like a five star Hotel inside. My tour was very informative, she was able to answer any questions I had and we were able to take our time viewing the desired unit.

Work Orders I want to express my appreciation for the maintenance team and their excellent service. All the requested repairs in my home were completed to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the quality of their work and the professionalism they showed throughout the process. What impressed me the most was the follow-up calls to ensure everything was completed properly. On one occasion, when I mentioned something still needed to be addressed, the team had no hesitation in scheduling it promptly and ensuring it was taken care of. Maintenance is TOP TIER This is my second maintenance request I have put in while under new management the first one was for my garage disposal and I put it in late night and I was fixed by noon , 2nd request was about my mailbox I called while at work and it was fixed by the time I got home ! I love the sense of urgency keep up the great work and love the new changes

Garbage disposal The first guy did a bad job but Thanks to the second guy . I guess its working well now . Still observing it but there is no issue right now . No more flooding and its switch is working now

Maintenance request I really appreciate how my request for maintenance service was handled. Maintenance came in a timely manner to fix the issue. Was very kinds a courteous. Returned the next day as promised to finish the job and came back later to check to make sure everything was working properly before closing out ticket. Very satisfied and impressed!

Much Better Lately the rental office and maintenance have been handling their business. If I have an issue, they are pretty much there the next day to fix it. The potholes in the parking lot are fixed. I’m happy.

Thumbs up for new management It took new management 48 hours to repare something that requested from old management 7 months ago. I did email, resident portal, in person... multiple requests with pictures. They came twice, took pictures and made promises, but not repairs. I put in one request via the portal, and new management was on it!!! And polite! Thank you so much!!!

This property could be 5 stars, however; the leasing agents here need improvement on timely communication and following through on commitments and promises prior to signing a lease. My experience of becoming a new tenet here has been diminished due to those lack of communication skills and failed commitments. The move in process was a mess to say the least. However, the area is good, gym is great and apartment offers a lot of space especially for storage.

I have only been here a week but I’m questioning my decision. I’m side eyeing the rest of these reviews now. The inside of these apartments are not well maintained. DO NOT be fooled by the model like I was. Everything was filthy when they gave me the keys. And what I thought was a really strong old wood smell turns out to be RAT POOP!!! I am LIVID right now!!!

Nice peaceful community, nice neighbors, private entrance, trash services included I love it so far. Also good for future home buyers the home here give you a small house setting.

I would recommend this apartment community for the safety aspect, fitness trail, variety of unit types and now maintenance team fix things very promptly, efficiently and check back in doing follow ups. I wouldn't recommend this apartment community because of the pricing. It is expensive but affordable to Me because of the peace of mind. The random dog poop isn't so pleasant either but the prices aren't in a range people feel comfortable with.

Utilities are high as the rent. Trash isn't collected always.

Parking is a mess. We need assigned parking. Why should I have to pay for reserved parking if I live here. Parking is so bad that I often park on another street.

The on-site maintenance crews are one of the best things about this property. There are other property issues not related to maintenance which would keep me from making a recommendation.

It's a really nice place to live and the townhouse has plenty of space. I don't like the parking situation. I still haven't received my parking pass yet and I don't like the fact you don't have space for guest . The eight passes a month doesn't work for me.
