Absolute No!

I would avoid this place at all costs. I had issues in every location in the unit. The AC kicking on would surge the power in my living room, the kitchen sink AND hvac unit sprung constant leaks, one of which was never fixed. They paint over any sign of filth and no amount of cleaning would make you comfortable living there. Speaking of filth, there are rats in the trash areas and roaches(among other bugs) in the units. When they had a contractor come to fix a problem and never return they charged me for the "damage" the contractor and flooding caused. More fun stuff is the fire they never provided the cause for (my guess is faulty wiring). Morgan properties cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

Maintenance coming in and out of the property could be better with service tickets and letting you know when a tech is arriving or has been to your property. Parking availability could be better as there are too many visitor spaces and not too many for the residents, therefore residents have to pay to park. The mailboxes are now outside and some of us work at night so walking past your apartment to check your mail instead of it being inside of your building is a minor inconvenience. Other than those things everything else in regarding the neighborhood and living space is great. The staff is very friendly and so are the neighbors.

I am writing to provide feedback on my overall experience with your management services, which I would rate as a "2" on a scale of 1 to 5. I have encountered several ongoing issues that significantly impact my satisfaction as a Resident. These include the following: 1.) The persistent RODENT problem in the community is a major concern. This issue requires immediate and effective measures to ensure the health and safety of all Residents. 2.) Parking Challenges: Pango Parking, Towing and other parking regulations need to be reevaluated. Residents should be issued a temporary pass for their guest and allowed a temporary pass for 24-48 hours. There are several unoccuppied visitor parking spaces throughout the community. 3.) The INTERNET SERVICE with Verizon is poor. Unable to use multiple devices /streaming. Severe buffering. Verizon doesn't have the coverage to provide FIOS at this location which leads to dial-up connection speed ie. 5 megabyte service.

It's a decent apartment, but unfortunately they did not clean my unit before I moved in, and the place was very dirty. It is sometimes difficult to communicate with maintenance since some of them do not speak English. Aside from that everything else is okay. It's a manageable place to live, but not the best.

These are not the best properties to stay at. The maintenance crews do half way work and the amenities are a separate cost but you never have full access to them. Prime example…. You are only allowed to use the grill in the pool season but what about those who want to have a BBQ when there is a nice weather day in March or April.

A new resident so far everything has been great! Just the neighborhood parking that sucks. Very quiet neighborhood but lots of fríendly residents. The parking is kind of confusing due to not knowing what’s a visitor space, & what’s not. The signs aren’t really there on the ground. But other than 8:/10 so far.

There are several street lamps that do not work or turn on at all which has allowed theft to rise in the community. There has been repeated thefts of all four tires on cars happening since we moved in 3 years ago and it has slowly gotten worse over time. Management needs to fix the street lights and have better lighting and more cameras to protect people’s vehicles from being broken into and/or having all four tires stolen. There’s been a lot of suspicious cars parked perpendicular in front of parking spots with people and flashlights walking around other cars. It doesn’t feel safe anymore to be outside when it’s dark. The amenities could use replacing or at least updating. The dog parks got redone last year but that didn’t last long and it’s back to how it used to look with dead grass and weeds again. The social lounge has broken machines and almost never has cleaning wipes to wipe down the equipment afterwards so who knows if it’s actually clean when you use it.

It’s ok the units are a little small but over all it’s an ok experience can’t wait until the pool opens up. My tub was extremely clogged for the first 4 days here but it is fixed now

The neighborhood is pretty quiet honestly. My neighbors are great and we communicate well… except for the dog poop that is continuously left out front. Other than that everything is good.

So far my experience has been ok, I wish that it had been properly explained that I do not have complete control over the A/C and heat the manual turn on by the leasing office or property management is a bit insane especially on hot days like today.

The area is relatively nice but parking is hard to find and leasing office never answers calls. Unless you can go during office hours sending an email is recommended and hopefully you get a response within a reasonable amount of time.

Imagine telling someone that you have a complaint, pointing out individuals are breaking their contract, and for 9 months they ignore you and put up some flimsy sign saying stop, and no one stops. You continue to tell them these individuals are still violating the contract, and nothing is still done. That’s what’s happening here.

Have been living in my complex since 2009. I love seeing all the wonderful changes in my community since then. From the updated fitness center to the dog park. Also the pool has been renovated. I have no complaints when it comes to living here.

I love the quietness but the apartments need updating. Especially the kitchen and bathrooms. New flooring would be nice and better parking. There are a lot of reserved spots that are not being used.

Maintenance leaves lights on when they come for service. The office doesn’t respond in a timely manner to complaints and the neighbor smokes so much the smell gets in our unit. Other than that it’s not bad
