The community is literally located steps away from The Domain Mall, which features world-class retailers such as Papaya, Apple, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. The mall provides unlimited shopping that is sure to inspire an appetite. Some of the nearby restaurants include Blackfinn Ameripub. I like the community, it could be somethings that need fixing, like one things is most of the access doors are broken so anyone can enter property, I dislike this a lot!!!

Best apts very nice neighborhood ! Nice pool and weight room. Close to all stores from clothing to restaurants. Never really have to leave because your close to everything!

So far, I’ve had a positive experience with the property management. They’re quick to respond to my service requests and clearly explain the rules of the place. However, I think they could improve their enforcement of rules like valet trash and trash dumped outside the trash chute.

I’ve been here 5 months & it hasn’t gotten any better. Gates are always broken & cameras in garage or hallways only seem to work at the convenience of management. Can’t ever get anyone on the phone when it’s a true emergency. You’ll get locked out of the one gate that actually works if their system is down, can’t use your app. & they don’t answer phones! They make excuses for stolen packages & claim they never have these issues yet someone who has lived here years ago claims that’s how it is here. I’m sure I’ll get backlash for this review now too!

Great location close to everything and apartments are spacious been here for two years now. Also they have the farmers market on Sundays which is very convenient.

There is always something wrong with the elevators (#3). Either the door barely shut, the buttons don’t work, or you can only go down in it. Other than that, it’s okay.

This is a really great apartment complex, it’s older than the other apartments but it’s also much quieter which I enjoy. I never hear neighbors and anytime I need maintenance they are on top it right away. I highly recommend The Villages!

Pretty good maintenance and staff. Apartments are a little old fashioned and appliances aren’t all stainless steel but it’s one of the most affordable in the area and definitely a steal for the price.

Overall pretty satisfied with the apartments and management. The real knock is the area (Domain) has gone downhill. Crime has been on the uptick for a while with cars being broken in, motorcycles stolen, and packages being stolen from the mailroom or in front of residents front doors my suggestion to management that in lieu of proper security, is to install more security cameras to assist in any criminal investigation that may arise.

Amazing place to lease at. The management is very proactive. The night life at the Domain is just happening a 5 mins walk away from Villages.

Elevator to 4th floor of parking garage connected to building 10 doesn’t work, power has gone out several times, fines for more than 1 trash bag, opening gate to parking garage doesn’t always work & the gate is always removed from the garage,

Love the neighborhood! I’ll definitely be renewing again but hopefully in a different unit! Never had any issues! Besides the tenants with their pets… they can definitely do better by cleaning after their pets and stop letting them use the restroom in the plants, elevators and entry!

First, I love my new apartment. Location is fantastic. However...Management was not helpful when moving in. As if I was bothering them by asking questions, or needing assistance on what would be the closest point for loading into the building. Getting in and out is very complicated. They use an app that is way too complicated to manage in using into the many, many entrance points. If you leave your phone in apartment you're out of luck. And with no one is around? Well, you can't get into the building! A security app that is way over thought and difficult.

My building is nice! It’s clean & the people living here are really friendly! Elevator works which is good. Parking is fair, the dog park is fair too

Overall good community and location, but not a fan of the change in management. Maintainence for apartment issues are usually prompt, but there is not good communication about apartment wide issues like the butterfly door bein broken and the car thefts.

Amenities (gates) don’t work often and there are no cameras in or around the buildings for the amount of month we pay. Location is great though.

I love to live here. All the neighbors are so nice and peaceful. When I have any question, the management are so affordable. They answer so promptly that I am always in awe because they are so fast to answer. I have had in two years like 2 minors problems and they fixed them so quickly.

A couple of things I would change. I would upgrade the blinds to more modern ones especially in a “penthouse “ and more modern ceiling fans.

Not too many problems. The gym revamp has been highly anticipated but welcome. Otherwise maintained can be a hit or miss but smooth experience with front desk usually.

I love living here. The building is so quiet and cool. The Gym is superb. What I like most is when I need some maintenance, the APP is so friendly and they come so quick always.

Overall my experience was okay. When I lived here the butterfly door system would frequently not work and the resident parking gate constantly was broken. The location of the apartment was amazing but pest problem was never resolved. Maintenance was the best and super quick.

Staff is pleasant and very sweet. Maintenance orders are getting done faster now so I appreciate it. Amenities can get better but overall, I still enjoy living here.

Good location. Decent apartment. It is pricey though. I believe it should be cheaper than it currently is. Elevators and gates break down a lot.

There are constant issues with the security of the building. The garage door is almost always broken, and the door to the building through the garage is almost always broken. So anyone can walk in at will. Emails from the front office carry a condescending tone often. The location is otherwise great and the apartment itself is decent. The maintenance guys are all nice.
