Village Square of Hot Springs

This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with such nice neighbors. The office was so helpful to me. And maintenance is always busy taking care of everything. My dog Daisy and I love living so close to the lake.

These are right on the lake and the new upgrades are very nice. The staff has all been so friendly and helpful. Made a good choice!

Would not have my worse Enemy live here they are infested with bugs and will take your money lie to you and never give it back DO NOT LIVE HERE

I moved in here as my first apartment with a roommate who was a nightmare. The amenities were great and it’s the best place for the lowest price for a two bed and two bath. What could’ve made the whole experience better would’ve been me moving here by myself but the next best thing was Kai, the Manager in the leasing Office, who helped make everything easier for me from the start. Had a lot of issues with who I was living with but not where I was living. Can’t even thank her enough for the patience and communication I received while my lease went up. She always made sure I was in the know if something came up. Literally added so much more value to living there.

It has gone down hill in the past year. Maintenance doesn’t fix things. Roaches have started to take over. Office staff is unresponsive to downright cruel. Don’t live here. Stay Far far away! It has become rampant in drug use, and complaints are laughed at. Nothing good here. Go somewhere else.

The secretary/front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! They do NOT care about the renters/tenants. They will do anything to get the most money out of you. They lie. They do not follow the rules. They find joy in ruining your name when you apply anywhere else. We called 10+ times about a situation and not once did they answer the phone. It's like they weren't even doing their job at all. We called several times within 2-3hrs. It just rang and rang. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent here. It is the worst thing I've ever done.

Tammy and Suzannah are wonderful people. They always keep me updated on everything I need to do. If theirs any problems, they right jump in it. And they are the best

Tammy and Suzannah are AMAZING!!! I have been currently struggling financially and with family emergencies left and right. Every time I tell them I need more time on rent or ANYTHING due to my circumstances they both are empathetic and give me the time I need. They are very kind every time I see, and talk to them. They know me, and even the apartment number I’m in. It makes me feel special when they know exactly who I am and where. Maintenance is very quick to come and fix anything wrong/broke in the apartment. I have been here for a little over a year and I have never had issues with bad people in the complex/neighborhood, theft, or management. It’s very clean, and quite which I love. And there is even a sheriff that lives here too so we are all made to feel safe. My neighbors are great people and very respectful of us other tenants. Overall this Apartment Complex is where I will stay until I buy a home. Thanks Tammy and Suzannah for everything you have done for me!!!

I gave this amazing apartment complex a five Star because the staff(Ms. Tammy and Ms. Suzanna) are amazing! They are very helpful and patient and if things need to be fixed they jump right on it! Mad love to the both of you!!! And thank you for being so awesome!

Since retiring here to Hot Springs and choosing Village Square as my home, I am very pleased to say that this is more like a family then just an apartment complex.. Everyone is very friendly here and if I need something repaired it is always done that day.... I appreciate so much how the staff here works and truly cares about their residents. You allow me to come in and just sit down and visit and that means a lot.

The office staff is rude and very unwelcoming. The manager does not help or seem concerned about residents or problems with the apartments. They make you feel like you are a burden or problem when you enter the office. They need new employees with better attitudes.

This community is truly a hidden gem. I have lived here for a few months and never anticipated such a wonderful place to live. The area is quiet and close to everything. The staff is friendly, helpful and I feel like they truly care. I couldn't be happier with my choice for a home.

I've lived here for six months and really enjoy it. The staff is very helpful and professional. Well worth the money and I love the location.

I highly recommend Village Square-Hot Springs. I have lived here for 3 months and have always been treated with the utmost respect by everyone around. The management team knows most by name and are willing to listen and help with just about anything. The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, and inviting. My wife and I enjoy being so close to the water and enjoy cookouts and fishing right in our own back yard.

I recently relocated to Hot Springs for a new job and in searching for a place to live I contacted several apartment complexes and Village Square was one of the only two complexes that returned my call. They were very helpful and mailed me all the necessary information needed in order to get pre-approved and know that I had a place to move since I was stationed in California. I am truly thankful I found this place, the entire staff has been so caring and truly made my transfer so easy. Thank you again! KG

The community was absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. The management and maintenance team were kind and helpful. It was peaceful, and i always felt so safe, truly like coming home. Dont miss out on this great place to live

I hope I steer away families and new tenants. If you want management to take personal calls and ignore you. Then your welcome here. If you look forward to loud music all hours of the day. Drug smells threw the hall ways. Then you are welcome. If you want screaming of young adults and children at 1 and 2 am in the paring lot out side your window. Then you are welcome. Making calls to the office and being ignored is definitely a great thing if you want this. They also loose checks and allow suspensious activities go threw out the parking lot. But if you are looking for great management and a place you can call home. Where the neighbors are respectfull of each other. I would not lease here. I am very disappointed in how this place is ran and would like to warn new tenants of this so called welcome home establishment. It definitely is not a home anymore. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
